Fantastic tour. José was passionate about the lagoon and this came through with the tour. I absolutely recommend this tour. We had a brilliant time

Our guide was a graduate in marine biology, keen expert in birds and an ardent conservationist. His boyish enthusiasm and knowledge of the biosphere and interaction of inhabitants was a joy to experience other trip

Excellent trip for a peaceful day out but be prepared to get soaked. Have your dry clothes ready and waiting for you upon your return to change into.

Nice few hours spent with passionate and knowledgeable guide taking you to two islands with plenty of free time to explore. A nice way to spend a few hours on a sunny day.

J.C. is the best guide ever on a boat trip, strongly recommend, we will come again. Also recommend to stay longer on Ilha Deserta

We had an excellent time on the small boat trip to Ilha Deserta and Faro Islands as our tour guide is a molecular biologist and true environmentalist. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and ocean as the area is a protected preserve for all things related to the area particularly birds. I even collected intact sea shells from the beach at one of our stops. My husband and I were were pleased with our decision to take the train from Lisbon for the experience as Faro is the best kept oasis secret! I predict in a few years more travelers will discover the raw beauty in southern Portugal!

We really like our guide, he was informative and very friendly. Despite the bad weather, it was still very pleasant experience.
