to Country and an ochre activity.
We then move to Bligh Barney Reserve (right next to the Cottage), where - using seasonal native flora and fauna - the tour focuses on
natural resources and purposes/uses of plants such as lilly pilly, cabbage palm tree, casuarina, lamandra, braken fern, grevillia and Wollemi pine.
Argyle Cut
Learn about the importance of Earth Mother’s ochre (a natural paint), which exists in large clay pods on the wall of the Argyle Cut.
Dawes Point Park
Located under the harbour bridge with stunning harbour views, visitors learn the Aboriginal name and importance of this significant Aboriginal site.
