    Didn't get a chance to have an experience because the tour guide never showed up. I got a text through the viator app two minutes before our scheduled time that they were canceling the tour without a refund because I didn't purchase my own tickets to Versailles. I did have tickets so I have no idea what they were talking about. Through the app chat they wanted to see my tickets. I was unable to send a photo so I sent the the ticket number. All of this exchange took a lot of time and I was missing not only my tour but my scheduled time into the palace. Then I get an email with a full refund so the only thing I can assume is they were never planning on doing the tour and were going to try to scam me. While I appreciate the refund (though they had no choice), I really wanted my tour. I ended up going in and walking through without the guide but it wasn't the same.

    Versailles was spectacular. Once in a lifetime opportunity. Spent a lot of cash to have an intimate guided experience. Our guide Alex was a nice guy, so reluctant to bash this tour, but his English was brutal, he spent way too much time discussing his “real vocation” (life coaching), his personal travel. I actually couldn’t wait to be rid of him. For $450+ for two hours, two guests, just poor investment. Sharon and I have booked many trips with Viator. This is this first truly bad experience.

    Cristina was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly and well prepared! Made our visit fantastic and offered additional suggestions to make our trip in Paris more enjoyable! Her background in fine art added additional depth to her expertise!!

    Christina was amazing! Wonderfully personable! So helpful, she even pushed my mother in her wheelchair to help us out. And she is very knowledgeable! Exceptional tour guide - highly recommend and we would book with her again!!
