Staffin Fossil Museum
I love this place. Housed in the original family home of the lovely, Dugald Ross, with it's internationally famous collectioin of dinosaur fossils, found nearby, which he started in 1976!
Quiraing
Captivating landscape at the north of the island. The Table was once used to play shinty on! Photo stop.
Skye Museum of Island Life
A little hamlet of black houses, offering an in-sight into the life of an islander in the 1800s and early 1900s. Nearby is the Memorial to Flora MacDonald.
Talisker Distillery
Heading round Skye with views of Loch Bracadale and Loch Harport, stop to sample the islands only whisky, the famous, Talisker. * This requires to be requested and tours pre-booked by us (the distillery is closed / has limited tour availability at this time due to building works)
Achnasheen
To complete our round trip, we return via Strathcarron.
