The guide was very welcoming making everyone feel at ease even going out of his way to make 3 German students at ease by welcoming them in German. He was very informative of the facts of the as he guided as around the street whilst making sure everyone was able to continue at a comfortable pace. His unique prospective of concentrating on the victim's and the way in which they were killed and the most likely reasons for their reasons for being in there due to the nature of the time in which they were living made this a very pleasant and well worth experience.

Jerico our guide went at a nice pace and was very well informed. Respectful towards the subject but entertaining. The 2 hours flew by and I learned far more about the era, the facts of the case and the multitude of fictions since. Definitely good value for money, a great way to spend a dry evening.

Great walking tour with Johnny (Golden Tours) He has the most incredible knowledge on the subject Taken to the areas of the horrific crimes RIP all the ladies who sadly succumbed to this horrific murderer Recommended as a walking trip 90 mins in total all flat

Changed meeting location and I never received a notification. I took a round trip in a taxi which was very expensive. Waited and nobody showed up. This company makes last minute changes and doesn’t get confirmation.

Did think to much of this tour as the tour guy was all over the shop, a bit airy fairy. The tour guy keep jumping from the 5 murdered ladies and got dates mixed up, at the end l was mixed up as well as our group.

The tour operator did not show up. We were at the designated location to meet 30 minutes prior to the event and waited until 45 minutes after the stated start of the tour. We also walked the area to find the tour operator and were unable to locate them. We called the number listed for the tour operator and it was disconnected. We called Viator twice and they attempted to help but were also unable to connect with the tour operator. We are seeking a refund at this time.

Booked months ahead. Turned up at right place, 10 mins early as needed, tour operator was a no show. No email or communication from company. A whole group affected.

Terrible experience. 8 people and I just stood in the booking’s meeting place for 30 minutes and the guide didn’t show up. The next day I was informed that that meeting point was the old one and the tour happened normally. How can I and other 8 people be at the wrong place for the same tour? Who took the tour if everyone I met there just turned their back and left? Just pathetic.

Ben the tour guide was excellent, and we loved visiting Whitechapel. Will do more tours in the future.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Waited at the location that was described. They met somewhere else apparently and left without us. Super duper disappointed as this was the ONE thing I really wanted to do on this trip as I'm from Canada and will not get a chance to do this again and I'm into this kind of history
