It was great! Felt like a great amount of time to enjoy the speed, the spectacular views and even a little dip.. i didn't go in the water but was told it felt great! My daughter was the one in the driver's seat and the instructor was very patient and helpful as she got comfortable with the maneuvering... I would definitely recommend.

Great experience but really soured by the manner/demeanour of the instructor on the water. He was quite aggressive in his manner and made us feel super uncomfortable!

Not a good experience for us and became quite frightening. The instructions were not clear, as we were advised to "hold the gas down" throughout which wasn't easy to do (pressing down right thumb and holding forward key with same hand). My hand was shaky and in pain after 20mins and a struggle to drive the ski. Therefore we kept stalling and got left behind. I was rudely told that it would be better when my partner drove the ski but we didn't get an opportunity to change over anyway. We also had no photos but were sent 60 photos of everyone else. The person who collected us after was patient and supportive, thankfully. I would recommend some written instructions on the controls for the ski and maybe group people depending on whether they were first time or wanted an adrenaline rush etc

Our guide was helpful, and the jet skis themselves were high quality. I've done numerous jet ski experiences in various parts of the world, and this was the one I enjoyed the most. I also enjoyed that the excursion lasted longer than the single hour stated in the description.

I would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone going to Ibiza. It was probably my favourite thing I did in Ibiza when I was there. Such a beautiful place and jet skiing along the coast is unreal. My only complaint was that I wish we had more time to stop and take pictures on our way to the stopping spot and on the way back.

Great experience from booking all the way through the excursion! Was much rougher out on the water than we expected but we had a great time. We really enjoyed getting to take a swim in the gorgeous water out around the cliffs! Our guide was excellent!

We were taken by boat out to our jet ski's and while on the boat given a basic safety lesson. Once on the jet ski the boat that you followed drove so fast that you could not keep up unless your jet ski was a full speed which in choppy water was not safe. There was NO explanation of what you were seeing and we never even saw a cave which according to the description you were supposed to see. Once at your destination, you had less than 5 minutes to jump off your jet ski and swim. Again, there was no explanation of where you were or what was around you. You then returned to shore as quickly as you went out. It seemed like the boat driver just wanted to get you out to the destination and return as quickly as possible. This trip took less than an hour and the speed was NOT safe given the choppiness of the water. HORRIBLE experience!!!!

When we arrived the instructor took us on a boat away from the beach to get on the jet skis. When we got on to the jet skis, the instructor began to explain what formation she would like us to follow her boat, by this point she was over 20 metres away from us and shouting from the the boat, so there was no way to hear her with the sea in between. Then as we followed she started erratically waving her hands at us, she pulled up and started shouting we were too close to her even though we were over 40 meters away. When we got to the point to stop the jet skis, she decided to shout at us again even though we stayed far back. Imagine being in a beautiful view and you have someone shouting at you. She didn’t shout once at the other people despite them following just as close, we were the only English people on the tour. There was no explanation where we were, just you have 5 minute swim then head back. When we got back, the Dutch family complained they paid for 1.5 hours, when it was a 1 hour and told us they had paid a cheaper price than us for 1.5 hours. It’s a big con, we didn’t receive any explanation where we were or even an hello or thank you. If you want to be shouted at then book this tour.

Great instructor. Great intro to jetskiing. We were a bit slow so didn't make it all the way to the margarita islands - still had a great time. There is a hut at the marina where valuables are looked after. The jetskis also have a little compartment for phones/wallets.

As an all round positive person I have never given a 1 star review before, but unfortunately I feel no choice here. Starting positive, the issues with finding the booth that others have reported were not an issue. If you use any map app and locate the Ibiza egg you will end up a stones throw from a group of wooden huts beach side which includes the one for this tour. Here’s where the good times end, the lady in the booth was fine, but the strange side kick guy outside was like a caricature of joey from friends, let’s say the approach towards females was not up to todays societal expectations. Then we get to the jet ski experience. The prep goes something like this, get on, left trigger for reverse right trigger for go. Then off shoots the boat at full speed and all the first time novices are expected to follow at full pelt from the get go. I am a relatively strong 80kg guy and found it a tough learning curve to keep the thing going straight. This however prompts no slow down or tips from the boat driver. Turns out he’s in a rush, as the trip to the margaritas islands is pretty much exactly 25 mins at full blast. This also explains why, when you arrive at the “islands” which are actually just a few rocks protruding from the waterline…you get 1-2 mins of free time to swim and dive. Despite this being the only quiet time where perhaps a novice could have a less than full throttle trial of the jet ski, this is not allowed due to the risk of swimmers in the water…. Then it’s full blast back for 25 mins. My partner did not feel there was ever a chance for her to drive the jet ski because it was demanded to keep up with the pace and this is a real rough experience requiring strong arms and a resistance to the pummelling of waves on the plastic hull. Still so far I could put this down as just not the activity for us with some poor time planning limiting the enjoyment for first timers. But there is more to come, remember “joey” from the beach hut. His only job is to bring shoes from the hut to the boat, but he didn’t manage that so we all walked on the hottest pavement imaginable back to the hut where he made the mistake of asking did everyone have a good time. My partner at this point was pretty upset so gave a truthful feedback that they didn’t create any learning space or opportunity for her to try the jet ski at slower speeds and thus she had spent a lot of money and not even been able to drive it. Here was the kicker… he told her “yes, it’s a bit hard for females” I think you can imagine how this view point was received by all the women in the group. The hint to run the tour at the correct length to give a warm up and practice is not influenced by the sex of the person on the jet ski! Needless to say I had to encourage my partner to leave before she did anything regrettable. Hence ends my tale of woe. My recommendation is to rent a jet ski yourself for less money and you can go at your own pace, especially if you have never done it before.
