    We took the tour at 10:30 AM on Friday, Aug 23, 2024. The driver of the trolley - a lady age 50+ (I think) was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She encouraged us to take a picture of ourselves on the trolley, which we did, and which is our only picture as a couple on the Dallas trip, so we are glad she encouraged us to take a picture. She drove nicely and she made sure that the audio commentary matched our locations, which added to the excitement of the tour. The driver was perfect in her role, and I hope the company appreciates that people like her are not a dime a dozen or perhaps I should simply say that she is a gem. The audio commentary was excellent- the storyteller was engaging and vivid with his words. The storyline was riveting. I enjoyed it so much that I could have easily taken the tour a second time (if not for lack of time). The trolley tour was a perfect introduction to visiting the museum. I was able to more fully appreciate the museum after experiencing the events of that fateful day, as told on the trolley ride. I encourage others to start with the trolley and then visit the museum.     The JFK bus tour was a great experience. Seeing the route and hearing some of the stories from that tragic day was amazing. Also getting to see some of the boarding houses and the movie theater was a bonus. Over it was a wonderful experience and our driver was amazing as well.

    It was absolutely fabulous.. I learned a lot. I recommend if anybody is in Dallas to definitely try to do this.

    Lisa, our trolley driver, was great! Offered to take group pics for everyone, was friendly & knowledgeable. The audio portion gave out info that I had not previously known. It was interesting & informative. Highly recommend!

    Our tour guide was very friendly. Before the trip started, she went around and took pictures of each group with their cell phone. We toured the 6th Floor Museum before taking the trolley tour so the trolley tour completed the experience. The pick up location was easy to find and the wait time was non existent. The trolley was there well before the scheduled departure time. It was well worth the money spent!
