I had to run around looking for the right place when the first place I went was the correct one. I was under the impression that it was a guided tour (See picture), it was not.

Reservamos una semana antes (que se ve marcado de azul en las fotos), llegamos a la hora acordada, el sitio está cerrado. Llamamos dos veces a cada uno de los dos tlfn que tienen. No hay respuesta. Mandamos whatsapp, no hay respuesta. Esperamos 30 minutos, no hay señales de vida. (Foto local cerrado…) Nos vamos. Tienen el valor de llamarnos 2 horas pasada la cita con un tono de voz elevado y teniendo la poca vergüenza de decir que nosotros lo hemos hecho mal. Que tendríamos que haber ido un día antes a pagar o haber pagado con tarjeta. Me empieza a decir los problemas que han tenido con otros clientes. Otros clientes…!!!! a mi me dan igual tus problemas con otros clientes…ahora mismo yo soy tu cliente; he reservado y tú no has aparecido. al reservar recibimos DOS mails de confirmación en el que primero NO avisa de tener que ir a abonar antes, segundo te obliga a pago en efectivo en el momento de entrega (se puede ver marcado en rojo…), y por último, si tu web permite pago en local, NO puedes exigirme mal hablando dos horas tarde que tenía que haber pagado con tarjeta… Impresentables y maleducados…

Bij aankomst door 2 mannen ontvangen die amper Engels spraken, er werd een beetje over ons heen gekeken en we stonden er maar een beetje hopeloos bij. Na een tijdje werden er 3 Kajaks naar het water gebracht en zei een van de mannen dat hij met ons mee ging. Hij vertelde dat we de zee op gingen. Echter stond er een erg harde stroming en wind.. na een beetje hand en voet werken vertelden we dat we liever zonder gids ons eigen ding wilden doen en dat was prima. We vroegen of we wat geld terug konden krijgen aangezien we bijna 40 euro per persoon hebben betaald. Hier was niet over te praten. We hebben zelf een stukje op het water gevaren met de kajak en zijn toen terug gegaan. De stroming was veel te zwaar om lekker een stukje te kajakken. Bij terug komst bij de stijger hebben we met moeite de kajakken eruit gekregen terwijl (zagen we achteraf) de mannen van de verhuur op een afstandje met een groepje stonden toe te kijken en te lachen. Bij terugkomst aangegeven dat we dit niet leuk vonden en het erg tegenviel. Hier werd niet tot amper op gereageerd en toen konden we gaan. Erg jammer en teleurstellend.
