Upside, Katie our guide was adorable and had interesting knowledge of the natural wonders here. The weather was glorious which I heard was unusual. The kayaks and gear offered to stay warm and safe were quality. Yes, you see plenty of eagles. Downside, the location is on a large body of water that has A LOT of boat traffic and was near very populated areas. So, the idea of seeing any seals or whales is impossible. Don’t believe otherwise. It would be a fluke if you did.

We had a beautiful day! Katie was our guide and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable! We saw a whale, a lot of eagles, jellyfish and a sea lion!

This trip was the highlight of our Cruise in Alaska. We were picked up in a van by Katie, our driver and kayak guide. On time pickup and short drive to the kayaks. Katie was so much fun and knowledgeable. We saw eagles, starfish, jellyfish, eagles nests. And 2 whales. Small group tours are so nice.

I did a kayak tour in Ketchikan with Katie. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and fun! We saw eagles and sea lions as well as many types of fish. I am afraid of the water but started doing more adventurous things. I felt completely at ease with Katie. She also had great stories. I would highly recommend her!

The rain and wind did not stop us having fun on this tour .The staff were friendly and professional in their approach and knowledgeable in their information about the locol area and wildlife .If you have never Kayaked before I don’t think this would be a problem as the guide gave great instructions and kept an eye on everybody in the group .
