We want to present different types of wine like green, white,Rose, and red that you will taste from different regions of Portugal. You will learn about the different types of grapes from each wine. Appreciate through your senses the different variety of colours, diversity of flavours like fruits, range of sweetness, the level of tannin and the classification of the wine body. And experience a selection of Portuguese products that we have sorted out that match with the wines. Wine always goes with cheese,but we wanted to go over and above a cured goat and cow cheese that we have opted for. Don’t only we want to take you to the traditional canning fishes that were made in the Algarve. We want to take you to taste a variety of fishes that are confecione with an array of condiments that will also reflect quality, efficiency, and modernity. Red wines always appeal meat, and nothing better to finish this tour with the supreme tapas that the black pig derivatives from Alentejo have to offer.

Fantastic wine tasting and tapas experience. Our host was very informative and so funny! The wine glasses were filled to the brim- not just the usual drops of wine you get in other tastings. Great atmosphere and the time flew by. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Lagos

A very unique experience. More like coming to a friend's house for a wine tasting. The pairings were excellent! Very creative. We learned a lot about the wine regions of Portugal and the history of wine going back before the Roman period. There were only 4 people but we were old friends by the end of the tasting.

Fun time learning history of wine in Portugal, food history and the wine regions. Lots of local knowledge and kind persona. Tapas good but not for my nonfish spouse. But this is fish country and region.

Wine pairings were interesting. Sampled a nice variety of green, white and red wines. Host was a bit distracted by the tapas preparation and not was not always focused on information on the wines or the pairings.

Really enjoyable wine tasting with Tapas . Small group of nine and tasted 5 wines green ,white, rose , and Red . Fun evening and our host provided really interesting info about the wines and tapas . Great fun and highly recommend .
