The tour was fabulous with Yvette as our tour guide. Once on the tour the length at each stop was appropriate for the attraction. There was confusion and lack of co-ordination in the hotel pick ups - some people were on the bus for an hour and half before everyone was picked up.

El recorrido por los volcanes estuvo muy bien quizás un poco más de tiempo en laguna verde el guía muy bien agradable y profesional

Primero reservé la excursión por internet, según los días que permitía elegí un sábado, al día siguiente de reservar me llaman para decirme que el sábado no hacían esa excursión y que no sabían porque había podido reservar para ese día y me la pasaron para el lunes. Me pasaron a buscar puntualmente por el Punto de encuentro. Una hora recogiendo a otros turistas por hoteles (cosa que ya sabía), una vez que terminan, la excursión empieza parando para desayunar (pero si acabamos de subir!!!!) Finalmente si empieza el recorrido por los diferentes sitios del parque y estuvo MUY BIEN!!!! Pero al terminar el recorrido (casi unas 3 horas), paran una hora para almorzar y luego en otro sitio que te lo venden como cata de vinos pero en realidad no es una cata, te dan un vasito para probar un vino que el mismo guía de la agencia trata de venderte o que compres algo en la tienda de souvenirs. En total fueron 8 horas, pero solo 3 de excursión real. En mi opinión la parte de la supuesta cata deberían eliminarla.
