    Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park were amazing. Robin was a great driver and Sharon was a very knowledgeable tour director who willingly shared her knowledge of the Las Vegas area as well as Bryce Canyon and Zion National park

    The views were amazing, took so many photos. Shaaron, tour guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. Paulie was an excellent, safe driver.

    It was a fantastic trip to Utah from Las Vegas covering two National parks (Bryce & Zion) in a single day. The bus was great AC & Wi-Fi working, tour guide Shereen was awesome, she explained historical & geologic aspects very well throughout the tour. They provided sufficient water, stops in gas stations having sufficient washrooms and food options for breakfast. They provided sandwiches (veg/turkey) with chips & cookies, sufficient for lunch. They arranged pick-up and drop nearby my hotel on request. We covered most of the tourist attractions in both Bryce & Zion. However it would be great if guide arranged 10 minutes stoppage to the National Park signposts for both of the parks. It was a fantastic memory with the National Park Express.

    I recently booked a tour to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected due to a serious error on the company’s part. When booking through Viator, I was given the option to select a 6:00 AM pickup time, which I chose. I arrived 20 minutes early at 5:40 AM, only to receive a call from the coordinator accusing me of being late. Despite my early arrival, the coordinator was extremely rude, yelling at me, which made the situation very unpleasant and embarrassing in front of the rest of the group. To make matters worse, the company’s response to my complaint was dismissive, implying that I had admitted to being late when, in fact, I was early according to the information provided to me. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the misleading information that ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to double-check all details and be prepared for potential misunderstandings.
