    Best scenery of entire trip. Brought bathing suits and had about 20 minutes to swim in the sea. Lots of walking so just a heads up if you’re not able to walk distances. Very hot in August so also be aware if you’re not ok in the extreme heat. Our tour guide, Nathan, was amazing. Would highly recommend this day trip!

    I suggest you to use other company. The tour promotes a walking tour through the olives between towns which is a lie. All the connections are through the train with no option to take the fabulous walking trail. Also a boat connection is mentioned which we didn’t have either (the didn’t even mentioned it). At lunch the tour guide reccomended to eat in a place they have arrangements because it was going to be faster and cheaper. Lunch was $30 euros in a place further from the beach when I found out the restaurants by the beach had the same menu with wine for only $20 euros and with ocean view. Then once arriving Pisa I had no choice to walk from parking to the Pisa tower… I had to pay $3 euros to use a shuttle to the tower because all the bus would do it. I felt like either the tour guide or the company makes extra $$ when they don’t even provide what they promised. Regarding the trip basically they just took you to the trains (you can do that on your own).

    I’ve used Viator for tour bookings in other cities and always trust them. This was no different, tour took off on time and coach was comfortable. Dani was our tour guide. She was lovely and bubbly and very knowledgable. Bus and trains were well organised and we got to see a lot of cinque terra and pisa My only tip would be not to opt for the tour guides organised lunch in cinque terra. This is optional of course and we though it would take the hassle out of trying to find somewhere but the portions were small & very dissapointing for what we paid, I would recommend going the short walk into the town were there are plenty of eateries to chose from. Otherwise I would recommend this trip.

    Florence

    Sit back and relax as we take a 2.5 hour ride via comfortable, air-conditioned coach. Your guide will entertain you with tales of the area as you cross two regions: Tuscany and Liguria. Both are rich with history, cultures and traditions that deserve to be told. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to a quaint and comfortable local train.     Then it is “all aboard!” as you are taken by train to the charming town of Manarola, characterized by its narrow streets and small square looking out over the sea. It is so picturesque it will seem like you’ve stepped into a Renaissance painting. But it is entirely authentic, we assure you. If you want to make the most out of this Cinque Terre experience, we also offer an optional 45 minutes light hike, for those who want to see the stunning mainland and coastline scenery from a different perspective. Let your tour leader guide you through the terraced vineyards, the ancient olive groves and the spectacular panoramic views that will stay in your memories forever.
