    Showed up at 9:10 (on time for our 9:30 guided tour) and were told we had to take the 10:30 tour. This time did not work for us. They gave us an entrance ticket for 9:30 and no guide. We had to go on our own. Terrible service. I asked for the guided tour and was told we would have to wait until 10:30.

    We were in the Sistine chapel for only 4 minutes and no tour guide in St Peters The museum part was ok

    The Vatican is vast, a place of intriguing wonder, beauty and grandeur. I loved the tour but it was hard. The lines are long!..I suggest u pre book tours, or get there super early in the morning. And dont allow scammers on the street to coax u into buying tickets from them, someone tried to sell us tickets and jump the queue at 80 euros which kept jumping up, after waiting in line the hour and a half the ticket was only around $25 euro. But this tour is not for the faint hearted, u need your wit's about you and the energy to walk the miles and miles of the parts of the Vatican you need to see, ending with the sistene chapel, because ultimately thats the prize. I struggled, the walking is long its round and round and up and down and in and out, and the crowds are so jam packed it made it harder to navigate, plus people are just inconsiderate. The lack of good air-conditioning is also an issue is 38 degree heat middle of summer ☀️ 😮‍💨 with thousands of people around. Although Im happy I did it, it isnt something im willing to redo,unless its off season. The energy it takes is extremely tiring. Even though I loved every moment of what my eyes and soul took in, The beauty of every piece of artwork, sculptures, the vastness of the art itself is extraordinary and Ive never seen anything like it in all my life, Rome truly is remarkably outstanding in its history culture and the ancient world. Spectacularly impressive.🇮🇹✨️

    Amazing guide and this tour includes fast pass to St. Peter’s as well (which wasn’t certain in the description). Perfect pace and covered main sites.
