Our host Lise and Carlos were terrific. Lise was wxtremely knowledable about local cuisine and shared her knowledge in a fun taste testing manner. Then we went to restaurant where Carlos and team taught us the art of making Tiramisu, Fettucine and Raviolis. The wine and Prosecco were free flowing the whole time and the fun with the entire group was fabulous. Highly recommend this tour.

SUCH a fun experience for the whole family, and delicious too. The crew was high energy, we all got to cook ourselves, and the found ways to engage the entire group. We brought our two teen daughters and they loved it too! I love how they integrated in a couple of people who came solo - they seemed just as thrilled with the whole thing.

Enjoyable experience making pasta and tasting delicious food. In this class we first sat down in a small market (more like a cafe) and tasted some local foods. Then we walked to a restaurant where we made fettuccini, ravioli and tiramisu. Carlos was a very enthusiastic teacher and had lots of knowledge. However, I'm not sure the description completely described my activity or I interpreted it incorrectly. We didn't pick up any ingredients from the market (I assumed this would be going to a local market rather than cafe) and when I booked the class the description was gnocchi and ravioli (I sent message to the operator via viator but never received a reply). Overall, we had a good time just wasn't what I thought I'd booked.

My husband, 17 yr old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta and tiramisu cooking class. We started with prosecco and a food tasting at the meet up spot, delicious and informative. Next we walked a short distance to the restaurant that was hosting the cooking class. We made ravioli and fettuccine noodles. Learned how to make the dough and put it through the pasta maker. We also had step by step instructions for making a single serving size of tiramisu. The team of instructors and assistants were fun and entertaining, the prosecco and wine were free flowing. And of course the pasta and dessert we made were so delicious! You eat what you make and take the left overs with you. There were about 16 of us in the class from all over the globe which also added to the enjoyment of the experience. Great memories and value.

Perfect for our first day in Rome! Great bruschetta tasting with Prosecco wines, followed by a simple and well organized pasta making session where we ate our creations.

Very fun, relaxed atmosphere and great to meet with strangers but yet bond so well over a cooking lesson!

Very amazing experience! My family and I did the cooking class where we made the tiramisu, ravioli, and fettuccine. Our teacher was Claudio, and he was very charismatic and taught us so much, not just about the preparation of the food itself but also about the industry and demands of running a restaurant. He shared funny stories from his past while helping us through each step of the creation process. The class itself was extremely hands-on, with each person preparing their own portion of tiramisu and pasta. Claudio made it very personal and it became a highlight of my vacation in Rome.

A true highlight of our time in Rome! Giulia was a gracious guide and all the restaurant staff were helpful and fun. The experience was much deeper and more varied than I expected. They were generous with the food and wine to sample, and it ended in in a delicious meal we had prepared ourselves (all except the ravioli filling and pasta sauce). I can’t recommend the experience highly enough.
