Thomas wanted to make sure we could be successful in our own kitchens making pasta and tiramisu. And we learned some new kitchen skills as well. A great teacher!

Victoria and Stefano were great. Very informative and helpful. Our group had a great time learning about making pasta and bolognese.

I highly recommend this activity. Alice the instructor was generous with sharing her knowledge. She treated everybody with kindness, good humour and respect.

The instructors were exceptional. The market tour was informative and opened our eyes to what a true market looks like. Unfortunately the class had too many people which limited interaction. There wasn’t enough hands on to truly learn how to cook like a Tuscan.

I had an absolutely cracking experience at the group cooking class in Florence! Starting with the visit to the local market, Dave talked us through some of the local delicacies including a few cheeses key to a successful italian meal. We got to taste some 12yo balsamic vinegar and was told in no uncertain terms by a friendly trader "togliete quelle mani sporche dai miei pomodori", which translates roughly to don't touch my tomatoes. Dave, guided us through every step of the process, making sure that everyone felt included and comfortable. The pasta-making session was a hands-on experience, where we learned to make pasta dough. While I'm not a huge dessert fan, the tiramisu was fun and easy to make - thanks to Stephano. The clear and simple instructions ensured the end result was a tasty tiramisu that lasted on seconds on the table. Overall, the group cooking class exceeded all my expectations. The combination of the market visit, pasta-making, and tiramisu, shared with some new friends made the 5 hours fly. I just went and bought some semolina, ready for the weekend.

David and Federico were both informative and fun with the presentations. The tips and tricks we will use in the future. The final outcome of the food was fabulous. Loved the Market tour.

Great time! Everyone had fun and I will try this at home! They give you the recipes and even help with how to find the ingredients. Loved it!

What a cool experience!! Honestly, neither of us completely knew what to expect nor were really any good at cooking before and were blown away by how fun this was. Started with a cool visit to the food market (which we never would have found on our own) then learned to make three different courses. It was great fun! tomosso was a great chef and instructor!!
