This was a great experience. We started with a tour of the outdoor market and a few small shops to buy ingredients. The kitchen space was spacious and comfortable. Our instructors were friendly and fun. We learned so much! I will definitely be making pasta at home. Overall, this was our favorite experience of our trip.

The chefs were great the space is unique and loved the visit to the market and walk to the kitchen space through town. Definitely feel like we will recreate some of the pasta dishes when we are back home. The whole day was lovely ending in a delicious multicourse lunch!

Roy our chef was amazing! Couldn’t rate this experience highly enough. Very personal cooking class where we shopped for the ingredients together in a quaint little town. The venue was an old castle beautifully decorated and the experience was a highlight. We can’t believe how good it all tasted and will definitely use these skills at home. For a personal, tasty experience look no further. Would definitely recommend it.

My boyfriend and I took the "Sunset Cooking Class in the Jewish Guetto" . It was an excellent experience! Being able to make pasta from scratch and being able to cook your meal in the kitchen and then eat it! The chef was great! and our tour guide Livia was the best! She made sure we understood what the chef was saying as she was our interpreter and she also made sure we had fun and always making sure our wine glasses were full! :) After the cooking class, you get to also taste some typical food and jewish deserts! We were so happy with the whole experience. We totally recommend this tour!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The other participants didn’t show despite waiting 30 minutes for them so I got a private lesson. Luca was a wonderful teacher! And the food was delicious! I look forward to making pasta using what I learned.

Vittoria was our chef guide and a great host. We met right where directed and promptly had a pleasant tour of the open air market. She gave us her attention and shared plenty of Roman culinary knowledge. My wife is a great cook and learned many new skills. I’m ok in the kitchen and left feeling like I could cook a few fresh pasta dishes better than most Italian restaurants back home. It was nice to meet the company owner who came for a short visit. Fabio was both courteous and friendly respectful our or time in this wonderful food experience. One of the best parts was during the meal. Chef Vittoria sat with us for a while sharing her broad and deep knowledge of all things food. Go ahead and make some great food!

This class was a blast. Monica, the chef was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Her assistant Roy was very kind and helpful as well. This class is a great chance to learn about selecting ingredients and making pasta from scratch. It also was a great experience to meet and have lunch with people from around the world. I would suggest this to anyone. It was a great way to spend 5 hours in Rome.

Watching and listening to Victoria explain technique, for example how to add pasta water to thicken the sauce. Also, what steps are the most critical. It was also fun to learn how to roll the fusilli.

The entire experience was great! The group bonded well and really learned some techniques! The space was perfect and the brief history of the area was also appreciated!

Unfortunately not what we have expected, you will not learn much. The whole cooking we did was chopping some vegetables and mixing dough, no information was given about the cooking process, the quantities, or anything else. At the end we did not even get the recipes of what we „cooked“. The chef and Assistent we’re doing most of the cooking without much explanation of what was happening. If you really want to learn something, this is not the course, if you want cute activity to say you cooked pasta in Italy then is ok.
