What a fun night we had cooking with Irene! Neither my mom nor myself have a ton of cooking skills, but by the end of the night, we felt as if we'd be able to go home and make any of the three pastas she taught us how to cook. She made the class fun while also teaching about the intricacies of pasta making. We were SO glad we took this class. Would do it again anytime we're back in Florence! It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Outstanding class. They go shopping right before class for all fresh vegetables and meats. We made three pastas and all were delicious. A small group setting allows for hands on and learning and the kitchen is adorable. The chef was so nice, explained things well and you could tell loved her job.

We had a small class (5) with Roberto which was amazing. This is a hands on class-you create the pasta and then eat it for lunch or dinner-and we were involved from the first few minutes. Roberto's knowledge of Italian cuisine and pasta is vast, and what's more he is able to convey it so well. We are accomplished cooks including making our own pasta and yet we learned so much in this class. Highly highly recommended!

We had so much fun making everything from scratch! From chopping the herbs to kneading the dough for the noodles it was a fun and entertaining experience. We had three older teens in our group and they all said it was 10/10. The food was delicious too and we look forward to trying it at home!
