Last year when visiting London I did the Magical Mystery Tour walk. I loved it so much that when my wife and I decided to make a return trip to London this year, I booked the In My Life tour immediately. If you were to ask me which tour to take - In My Life or Magical Mystery Tour - my answer is...both if you can! But if you have to choose just one...well...pick which day you want to go and base your decision on that, or just toss a coin -- seriously, both are equally great. Richard is incredibly knowledgeable - I'm a Beatles nerd who can't answer a simple Beatles question without giving a two-hour lecture, and I STILL learned new stuff on both tours! He's great at answering questions and isn't afraid to admit if he doesn't know --- but good luck finding a question he doesn't know the answer to! Some helpful advice for visitors doing the In My Life tour -- to get to the starting point at Marylebone Station, Google Maps wanted me to take the Jubilee line to the Baker Street station and walk to Marylebone, but the truth is, if you get off at Baker Street and follow the signs to Marylebone, you take the Bakerloo line just one stop and you're right there at Marylebone - that was super-easy and guaranteed I wouldn't get lost. :) Make sure you bring cash to cover the cost of the tour, and you WILL want to leave Richard a nice tip. Seriously, next time I'm in London, I will strongly consider doing one of these tours AGAIN!

Abbey Road and the Marleybone neighborhood. ...too many on the tour so it was quite impersonal. The guide was well versed but didnt ask if anyone wanted to go to the Loo

The tour brought back a lot of memories of my pre teen years! Guide was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of Beatles trivia. We were happy that he had a loud enough voice so we could all hear clearly.

Richard was an awesome tour guide! REALLY knows his Beatles history! I’d recommend this tour to all Beatles fans.

A walk through the Beatles London neighborhood. A good experience from a extremely knowledgeable guide. You want this tour with the most experienced guide.

Visiting all the sites that I remember hearing about as a Beatle fan growing up. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Beatles. I would recommend that the tour guides on all three tours I took get the tour group involved by interacting more with the group that is on the tour-where they are from or anything interesting about them. We had plenty of time between walk and time on bus for these interactions.

It was obvious from the start that Richard knew what he was talking about, and we were going to learn more about the Beatles that we expected. We were not disappointed.
