We were really looking forward to this day out having read the reviews. Got there, handed a ticket receipt once our online pre booked ticket was checked. It said £58… we prepaid £84 online - slightly miffed at the price hike. Went in and we walked into a room with loads of people and there was no one there. Walked round to a bit with lots of benches, sat for a while, no one there. Walked through a door to be called back by a man who ran off to get into costume. Very bad organisation between the team upstairs and downstairs there! Once it got going it was really good and informative but the group was too big, even one of the actors said that there was loads of people trying to squeeze in. We got to the chapel and the actress in this section was great and played her part brilliantly but my goodness, did she shout. Instead of talking loudly, she was actually shouting the loudest you could ever imagine. I am no way sensitive to noise but it was ridiculous. The tomb bit was terrifyingly brilliant. Really scary. - my husband took our 9 year old out through other exit and i’m glad he did - my 11 year old went for it and doesn’t scare easily - he pooped his pants! Not for the faint hearted but great if you like to be scared and leave with brown pants!

I don’t normally leave reviews but on this occasion I’ve decided too. The experience was really good. We went as a family 2A&2C. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The actors were very involved and to be quite honest a real giggle. Both my boys loved it. At the end of the tour there is a scare part but you have the option to have a Guardian Angel to show you the way if you have younger members with you, which we did. Our Angle was fantastic and didn’t break her character for one second. I personally thought it was reasonable priced to start with for a family of 4 then upon payment ( I did it online the night before) it gave me an option to pay with Tesco club card point which I was really impressed with. A fantastic result to a fantastic day out. Many thanks.

Fab experience at the London Bridge Experience. First bit, nice bit of a build up and of course I got picked on as I always do. Second bit in the catacombs with definitely a scream. The actors inside were excellent. Worth every penny. Defo go and see.

I didn't find it as interactive or immersive as other experiences. Just a few rooms where we were walked to. The catacombs was the best bit but we were all so close together, the people in front kept shrieking at every scare and it completely gave it away.

This was a really fun and well planned experience. The actors and actresses are fab and we all really enjoyed it. Loved all the scary bits and the way it was set out.

Brilliant scares! Great experience. Would highly recommend it, our best activity in London!! The adjoined pub is good too.

I am so glad we chose to visit the London Bridge Experience and Tombs on our spare day in London. The first half of it is similar to the London Dungeon with a series of rooms where live actors tell tales of history from London, with a focus on the gruesome. The second half is a scare maze where you navigate through a horror themed walk-through in the dark, with flashing lights, loud noises and other effects, and best of all people dressed up as psychos trying their very best to terrify you (without actually touching). The whole thing was very well done, really great sets and actors leading you around. You emerge (if you survive) in a German Beer Keller where we also enjoyed good food and drink. I totally recommend this to thrill seekers, and you even get to learn a bit of history too.

Quite frankly an odd experience. Some entertainment sure. But the scary walk through is just odd. And loud. Too loud for my kid 13 who felt disorientated after. Only went cos I booked this instead of the tower bridge by mistake. I’m sure I’m not the first. Would I go back. No chance. Would I recommend it. No. Go to the Guy Fawkes 3d experience. Brilliant.

We had a great time. The brief history given was informative. Actors were so much fun. It’s not a long experience but I wouldn’t want it any longer. Definitely recommend.

Not as good as we were hoping it to be. I love horror mazes and immersive experiences but unfortunately this felt a little flat. As others have mentioned in the reviews; the rooms you go in to are very dark with not much in the way of stage design, actors were not on par with other experiences like The London Dungeons and it was all over so quickly. We had high hopes for the tombs at the end but it wasn't very scary at all. You mainly feel on edge because you don't know what's coming, unfortunately there wasn't really anything coming, just the odd person in a corner with strobe lights and sounds. We had a laugh and it wasn't a total write off but didn't meet our expectations unfortunately. Tulleys and Thorpe Park horror mazes are more thrilling.
