The driver, Martin, was very patient with us just getting off the plane from Arizona. He met us as scheduled. Helped with the bags. Loaded us in the car. Had a great conversation with him the entire trip to the hotel. He shared a lot of information about the area. I felt very calm about his driving, he’s a good driver. Helped unload the bags. The car and driver was fine. The issue arises when our plane from USA landed at 12:07 and we were charged extra because we were not there in 10 minutes! It took 15 minutes for the plane to get to the gate another 20 to get off the plane and to customs and 10 to get down to our pick up. The person on the phone trying to tell us was beating around the bush and took another 5 minutes to ask for extra pounds.

Leslie was awesome! Our British Airways flight was 2 hours late but he waited for us. He had such a wonderful laid back positive attitude it was very calming after a full day of dealing with the chaotic madness of British airways

Constantin was in touch with us shortly after we deplaned. He picked us up when we had cleared immigration and customs and provided a comfortable and peaceful ride into London. He shared some of the important venues as we passed. Lastly, he asked about what kind of music we preferred. It was a great ride!

I driver made us wait 30 mins and was not at the designated pick up point and did not have my name displayed. I had to vector him to us while we were both on the phone. He was from India and spoke very little English. From the time we finally met one another, he didn't utter a word.

Used this service roundtrip from Heathrow to Bedford Hotel London 13-20 March 2023. Both drivers were absolutely fabulous. On time both upon arrival and before departure. I really enjoyed the conversations I had with both drivers - very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will use this service next time I come to London.

***ALERT*** Please do not look at the pictures. This company do not offer Mercedes like the pictures they use. If your looking for luxury you will not and I repeat not get a luxury vehicle with this listing. Viator also do not think it’s false advertisement for a company to list an ad with picture of vehicles you will not be picked up in. I reached out to both the tour supports which I heard nothing back from and Viator support that didn’t think this is a issue. What I have experienced traveling to London is just book a Uber Executive for luxury vehicles, way cheaper than this. Less the disappointment and customer care.
