My ticket never arrived tour operator could not be contacted the trip advisor could not contact them either so trip was ruined

We were lucky to be let in because first time we scanned both the attendant and I didn't notice the names of the ticket didn't not match ours. My husband and I did have to go back out to grab my audio set because I forgot. So second time we scanned in, they noticed and asked us where we booked these tickets. They just took notes but still let us in luckily. The museum experience was beautiful and feels like your can spend an entire day there if you want to since there's so much to see but it was chaotic because there are so many people there. Audio guide on the Nintendo DS was cool but it can be a little bit confusing at first..took some time to get used to. Helps you locate where you are, gives info on general area you are at and only a select few paintings in that area, not all paintings. You can match image on the DS to the art piece in person so you knot it's what you're listening to.

One really needs to take time to look at map and decide what portions are the most important to see. Took me quite a bit of time to appreciate how best to use the audio guide. Take the time to figure out the features and to plan your attack on the museum.

While the Louve was a wounderful place to visit with amazing pieces of art to see, the audio guide system was hard to use and follow. For the price, this system was very disappointing I would not recommend this guide

I didn't read any feedback, so I was in a bit of trouble when I went to the Louvre. So... I bought a ticket with audio and box office admission about 1.5 hours before going to the Louvre. I arrived at 11:00 and went to the tent with the electronic ticket, which said 11:30 (because I bought the ticket for that time). The queue was passed from the tent. I stood for about 15-20 minutes and then we were allowed into the Louvre. In entrance will open a view where you have to choose what you want to see. Tip: take a map from the information desk and check what you want to visit. At each entrance, you can pick up an audio guide device that tells interesting stories about paintings and other works of art. It was difficult for me to use, but I managed. In addition, it was so helpful that you could see where the cafe or anything else necessary was located. Even though I was in the Louvre for 5 hours, I managed to visit only one floor (during the break I got lost and went wrong, then I saw something more interesting instead on one floor what I'm was interested in). A part of the exhibition I wanted to see had just closed on Thursday. So I recommend track this as well is everything you want to see open. Not quite every hall, however, has guides sitting in some halls, and if you get lost, I recommend immediately asking them for help, rather than discovering on your own, if the goal is to go through a certain part or floor of the Louvre. I had lunch in a local cafe, the price was expensive but nothing outrageous. I went to the Louvre alone and I really liked it, I will definitely go back there to discover other floors that I didn't visit.

Fantastic art and environment but way too overcrowded to be enjoyable need some for of que system, especially near the major artpieces. It was more like a rugby scrum in places!
