    we loved the boat cruise, and the cities we visited...our guide was good, however, people were late and we waited for them and the radios were very weak, the one I had did not work most of the time and I had to make sure I was close to the guide so I could hear her...also, when we arrived where we were having lunch, it would have been nice if the guide would have given more than one recommendation for a lunch restaurant. We just took her advice and found the restaurant to be expensive and not the best menu for us...then I didn't realize that we would be dropped off at a spot different from where we started, which was kind of off putting...

    This experience was full of fun and history. Our tour guide had such great information to share on both our boat ride and our bus ride. She was kind and inclusive to all who attended. She was warm and funny as well. She made the trip so enjoyable. Getting to experience Bellagio and Lugano was incredible. This was a breath taking tour!

    Andrea was our guide. He was very informative and knowledgeable about every part of our visit. He was very helpful in making sure the guests understood and went out of his way to guide everyone back to the starting point of the tour. I would highly recommend Andrea. 5 stars!

    The views of Lake Como were great. Had not expected to be on a public boat / ferry, would have expected a private charter boat for the price charged. Meeting place was across the road from where the boat left in the morning but was asked to be at the meeting point for 09:00, yet boat did not leave until 10:00, so to wait for one hour. Time allowed at stops was not long enough to discover everything, and was too long a time to wait around if not interested in shopping in overpriced designer shops. Would probably arrange ourselves if we planned to do again.
