Brilliant service. Very nice guide. Everything was at time. We are really enjoyed it. Very recommend it

Very good value for money however, there were too many short stops and not enough time in Mahon. I think the Mahon boat trip and a more extensive city tour would have been better rather than whistle stop tours of very pretty fishing villages. It was good but very rushed.

Trava-línguas through the beautiful island of Menorce, in compaña of Alain, an excelent and friendly guise

The hotel collection service was excellent - they sent a bus just for me as I was the only person from my hotel. The Mahon walking tour was very interesting - Alain was a brilliant tour guide. Then the trip on the glass-bottomed boat was great - the bay is really beautiful and seeing the sea life through the glass was a great experience. The coach trip part of the day was the least enjoyable as there was only a short time at the beach and Binibeca Vell is a very strange little place - not sure why it’s such a tourist attraction. Overall I would recommend the tour if you have no hire car as it’s a good way to see some of the island. As a company I was very impressed with Excursiones Menorca.

A great day out, plenty to see and do,lots of history to see . Go on the boat trip around the harbour the Don Joan is the biggest and has the best commentary.

If you want to discover Mahon harbour, the main attractions of Menorca and a lot of history with it, in a relaxing manner then do spend the €50 or so for this trip. It is definitely worth it. You get collected from your hotel or nearest bus stop, early start and some hotels do not provide packed lunch even if on all inclusive deal but I am certain you can make yourself a sandwich at breakfast or buy one on the go. You will arrive in Mahon where you have time to visit the local Gin distillery for a browse and testing of a variety of gin. Don’t need to pay to go in and no need to buy either. You will then be taken round the harbour (all 5km of it) by the SAN Joan boat ( with glass bottom to view the local marine life). After that you have time in Mahon town itself before heading to Binibeca, a village of white washed houses built in the 50s . Here you will experience life you have never seen before , very small streets and close knit community even if 50% of houses are built only for holiday makers. If you hate your neighbours in this village then there is no escaping them.... you will understand why once there. You are then taken to see the caves of Xoroi, simply beautiful and breath taking views. These turn into a bar at night time. You are given a complimentary drink when you get to the bottom and do not worry about the many steps, I have limited mobility and are overweight and still did them with no problems. We had the only double decker bus on the island and our driver was Miguel while the guide was Annemarie, a very knowledgeable English lady who spoke the best Queen’s English ever. Not sure how long she has lived in Me orca but has nothing to envy the locals and her knowledge is second to none. Thank you Annemarie and well done to Jet2, as tour operators.

Yesterday we went on an excursion with this company advertised as “Mahon and surrounding area” what a long long day of unnecessary stops, stops that were to short to long with no time to actually “explore” anything. The “boat trip” around the harbor was informative the following “visit” Mahon was 40 minutes ? Taking into account walking from the bus stop into Mahon then back again there wasn’t time to explore properly, then on to Punta Prima where it was lunch time so we were there an hour and a half , lovely you may think but apart from the beach it’s not a place to explore it’s a seaside resort. Then on to Binibequer which although a manufactured village from the 1960s it’s beautiful with thin cobbled streets that scream to be explored but not with only half an hour then we were driven around to look at other beaches through the windows of the bus then on to the Cova d’ en Xoroi which is very scenic with its own history - whether true or not is not my job to say- but this time we had been out since 8.20 this was then 17.00. We were on and off that bus in 27’ heat, our choice yes but the explanation of the trip was not at all what we experienced it was a long hard day with very little actual time to sightsee more bus traveling. This cost us €100 for two wasted money in our opinion. On a plus note the tour guide was very knowledgeable and the tasting of Minorcan cheeses, hams, biscuits and the island made lemon gin was great so great we bought a bottle and some of the lush biscuits. If you’re thinking about doing this trip don’t I would and I wish we had explored the bus service more and done this of our own steam.

We were picked up at our hotel in Cala Geldana by bus for a great day in and around Mahon. Alvin was our tour guide - who was excellent and Belgian. His English and sense of humour superb. We had a great boat trip round the harbour (in English and German) then taken by bus into Mahon where Alvin was our guide who took us through the city centre where we could either go with him or have free time. We shopped!! Next on to Punta Prima. He recommended a restaurant but we went a little further down to a fantastic fish restaurant with excellent Tripadvisor reviews. Back on the bus then off to Binnibecca, very Moorish and pretty and again a great tour from Alvin, and then to the Xoroi caves nightclub with a free drink - yay! I would recommend this tour as a great introduction to the Island and a fun, entertaining and educational day out. 10/10
