CAPTAIN Andrew was a great guide! Funny, informative, and we saw amazing wildlife...manatees, fish, alligators, and a huge sawfish! I highly recommend this tour for all ages. Very safe for even young children.

Captain John did a great job during our trip. He had a wealth of information about the animals and plants encountered. While the manatees can be hard to find and difficult to see once you do, he was successful in both cases. He kept us entertained throughout. We had a great time.

Captain wes was awesome...got to see a dozen manatees...an alligator...a sawfish and even a bull shark. The guys got a personality as big as the everglades! We helped a kid take the shark off his line as we were going by and called in the sawfish sighting because they are so rare and need help. Thanks for a great day! Bill and Colleen

We did the 3 hr. tour and were happy to have Captain Wes Bedell take us on our adventure. Within the first 10 minutes we were sitting next to a Manatee that was taking a nap in the harbor. We sat alongside the manatee taking pictures and learning about Manatees from Capt. Wes. What a great start. a few minutes later we came upon an alligator also swimming in the marina. We checked two boxes on the tour list and were on to the next stop where we were able to roam a small island looking for shells. As we were heading back to the boat, we saw some dolphins in the Gulf and Capt. Wes took us directly out to where we were able to watch them jumping and playing. Capt. Wes took the time to get the dolphins to interact with us, he had one playing and jumping in the wake of the boat as we headed back in to the marina. This was a great tour, that we scheduled last minute, and enjoyed a captain that seemed to be having as a good time as were on the adventure. Thanks Capt. Wes and Manatee Sightseeing & Wildlife Adventures for giving us a great afternoon!!

We booked this tour to see the manatees as the title suggests. The positives from our experience are that the staff on shore was very friendly upon check-in, the captain was great and tried his best to find the manatees (we are very aware that this can be a tough task as you cannot control where these animals are), and we did see quite a few gators (but personally we have done two fan boat tours in the Everglades so this was not as exciting for us), and the guides communicate with each other to help everyone to see the wildlife. If we had never seen gators before then we would have enjoyed this tour a little more. Now the downside. I did not expect to be in the canals surrounded by homes. Even though there were plenty of mangroves, I expected to be in more of a natural setting. The manatees we did see where under the boats of the residents (that were raised up) and very difficult to see due to the brackish water. Our guide did try another location where they were and one popped it's head up but went right back down. They can stay under for 6-8 minutes so it's all about the timing. My recommendation is if you have never seen gators before you will enjoy this tour. If you are doing this tour STRICTLY for manatees just be advised it may not be what you expect.

We were very disappointed in this tour. We only saw one or two manatees, and only their snouts for a brief moment. We did see a few alligators but that was not the main reason we went on the tour. The local residents were also not happy to see us, which made us uncomfortable. I realize there are no guarantees to see wildlife, but other reviews lead me to believe the chances were good. I feel like it was a huge waste of money.

Booked a 90 minute tour for family and had a great experience! We were able to see a number of manatees and alligators. Our captain was Captain Wes and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had the BEST sense of humor! He made the experience even more fun! We’ve taken other boat tours in Naples to see manatees, alligators, and other wildlife before. This was the best experience of them all! I highly recommend them!

My wife and I took this Manatee tour hoping to see a Manatee. We were told the odds are good we will see a Manatee, and we actually several. A pair of Manatee we saw were a mom with her baby (baby as defined by company). When we got to the mom & baby, it seemed like to mom was trying to move the baby away from the viewing boat. She changed direction several times, as did the driver of the boat to stay with them. I felt bad for the mom & baby. I think we were actually harassing them. I wanted to see a Manatee, but I would not do this trip again because it seemed to me the Manatees just wanted to be left alone and we were viewed as a threat. I hope the mom finds a new location away from these tour boats to raise her baby.

We had a lovely afternoon on this tour with Manatee Sightseeing and Wildlife Adventures! We only caught quick glimpses of a couple manatees, but there were plenty of crocs and birds and even a shark. Be aware that there is no guarantee of seeing wildlife or refund offered if none are visible. We were the only group on our tour. The staff were also friendly and helpful when we were a couple minutes late. Parking is free in the lot across the street, and there are restrooms and refreshments in the Ship Store. You’re welcome to bring your own food/drinks/alcohol aboard. My friend was worried about being on a boat, but it was a really relaxing ride in nice weather. The boat was covered too so be we could stay out of the sun. 90 minutes was a good amount of time. Captain Joe was knowledgeable and entertaining. There were polarized sunglasses and phone lens covers on the boat to borrow, which aid water visibility. The price was a bit high for a shorter ride that stays in a small area. Keep an eye out for promo codes on their social media. Thank you for the tour!

Eh, not worth it. First, didn’t realize we had to drive 30 miles from Naples center to get there. When we arrived, spent 10 minutes looking for it. No signs. It was basically a relaxing 1 1/2 boat ride. We saw the nose of one manatee and a couple of gators. Apparently, the first and last tour and high tide are the worst times to see anything. Water was very dark/murky. Our questions to our guide were answered with some sarcasm so I stopped asking after a while. I felt like every question I asked was a dumb one. If I could give 2 1/2 stars I would. Our highlight was stopping in Goodland on our way home for a rum punch.
