We highly recommend this experience in Polignano a Mare. As gelati lovers, this was the ultimate behind the scenes experience to learn how the artisans create the magical flavours. We had a memorable time as a family. Our 8 year old daughter loved it especially!

We had such a lovely time during this icecream workshop! You could tell that Giordy is passionate about gelato. He and his sister really made us feel welcome! The icecream we made was so delicious (the best sorbet I ever had, with melon flavour as well as such an amazing tiramisu icecream). We wish them all the best in the future with their icecream business and workshop! We loved it!

Me and my gf really loved this experience. We learnt to make icecream in two flavours from all natural ingredients, and we also tasted a lot of other flavours. The coffee, the cookies, the atmosphere, our hosts were all amazing, Giordi is a really talented masterchef, which made us to feel the real italian mentality about food, ice cream and cooking. We had a really good and fun time there. Its a must.

Wij hebben een super gezellige middag gehad! Giordy en zijn zus waren ontzettende leuke, aardige en warme mensen. Wij hebben 2 soorten ijs gemaakt en mochten deze ook meenemen. Onze kinderen werken in een ijssalon en zij speelde hier super op in. Echt Geweldig !!?
