Interesting and essential tour. We touch the main points of this beautiful city. The musical performance in the church of Sant'Antonio is very beautiful, where a man from Matera tells his story and performs the begging song. The guide Giuseppe is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The afternoon tour is especially recommended to also enjoy the view of the illuminated city

Sconsigliato, perché SCORRETTO! Siamo stati a visitare la bellissima Matera, e abbiamo deciso di farci accompagnare da una guida. In effetti tale "Giuseppe" ci ha consentito di apprendere alcune notizie ed informazioni a noi sconosciute fino a quando, dopo averci accompagnato in una grotta, nella cui area antistante vi era la vendita di oggetti del posto, ha deciso di "sparire nel nulla". E così, credo a metà giro, nel tentativo di rincorrerlo uno dei nostri bambini è caduto e si è fatto male...Raggiunta l'agenzia, dopo aver fatto le nostre dimostranze, l'operatore del front office ci ha liquidati con grande strafottenza dicendoci che ahimè avevamo dedicato troppo tempo alla rivendita, dove lo stesso "Giuseppe" (guida) ci aveva "portato." Ritengo sia stata un risposta vergognosa...la guida ha il dovere di accompagnare i turisti, nel caso riprenderli laddove questi impiegassero più del tempo dovuto, ma non sparire nel nulla e senza alcuna spiegazione. E' scontato che, un gruppo nel quale sono presenti bambini, si impiega più tempo per spostarsi rispetto a quello dove sono presenti solo adulti, come è ovvio dedicare un minuto in più in attività commerciali (dove ci ha accompagnato la guida), nella quale sono presenti oggetti per bambini. E' stato un comportamento non degno della città da essi rappresentata.
