Step back in time when you visit this Medieval Norman Castle. It was originally a medieval fortified manor house, founded by Ednyfed Fychan in 1438. This building is spectacular both inside and out with wonderful gardens to explore. (entrance fee required)

Beaumaris is a captivating seaside town, with its mix of medieval, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture. Enjoy a walk through the town, stroll along the seafront, taking in the pier and the views over the Menai Strait and Snowdonia then continuing through the charming streets with their picturesque cottages, many painted in soft pastel colors. You can also visit and walk the grounds of the beautiful and unique castle. (Admission to the village is free. A payable free required for castle entry)
Caernarfon Town Walls
The brute fortress medieval castle town of Caernarfon. Take a walk round this world heritage site. After all these years Caernarfon’s immense strength remains undimmed. History comes alive at Caernarfon in so many ways – along the lofty wall walks, beneath the twin-towered gatehouse, walk the town’s narrow and colorful streets and stylishly redeveloped waterfront of the Menai.
