I have to agree with the negative reviews. The singers seemed somewhat disinterested, which I suppose is to be expected for a show that they perform nightly for new groups of tourists. Especially after having visited the Fado Museum, we expected a program of passionate and dramatic singing and were very disappointed. There were also a few popular Portuguese songs as well as some audience participation sing-alongs that most of the audience seemed to enjoy - but we did not as that wasn't what we were there for. The guitarists were good, which earns the 3 stars.

The show is in a theater so it’s not your typical Fado show. But I must say they are professionals. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much. The show is about 45 minutes long. I recommend it.

Wonderful performances by all. Intimate setting and seating plan was good as it had a flat area in front of the elevated stage and tiered seated so your view wasn’t obstructed. Comfortable seating. Definitely worth seeing and value for money.

It was a beautiful show, good singers, great instrumentalists, especially the Portuguese guitar. I would have preferred the show to have been in the traditional way without amplification or have a much better PA system. Al in all I recommend to see a Fado show, maybe best is the one with dinner, this one was not. We enjoyed it.

My 13 American clients absolutely 💯 loved the show and the ladies loved the fado singer , they said was the most handsome man ever Singers were great , on time , non smoking or drinking, Very professional, covered all styles of fado and fun not too long - comfortable seats - 10/10 Will bring more groups !
