    Vacationing to Florida with only one day in Miami and had it planned perfectly for my birthday. We arrived early like asked and the yacht was not there. They arrived at near departure time with a code compliance officer waiting for them on a four wheeler. I heard the officer ask for their business license and that was the last thing I heard. They told us to give them 10 minutes. The problem was not solved and in return we were not able to go. We were not able to book any other ventures, because our reservation time was already set with a cash deposit based on this yacht cruise time. I did receive a refund.

    They did not offer what was advertised I am requesting a refund. No swimming, swim toys, they didn’t dock to allow us to swim, no introduction to the trip, did not really engage with my friends and tried to make it up by singing happy birthday to me at the end…

    I was skeptical at first because there wasn’t a contact number for the operator and very little reviews. However, I’m glad we did it because the operator ended up reaching out to us the day of . We had an amazing time with one other couple. It was almost like we had the yacht to ourselves. Sadly we only saw one far away dolphin and it was breezy so we didn’t swim. Still very much worth the experience. The captain was super friendly and let us play whatever we wanted ! Book it!

    Great trip though more clarity around services offered would have been useful. For example I read that drinks and snack’s could be purchased which was not the case

    I went with my friends, I say it again, everything was excellent. They welcomed us and explained what we were going to do, they let us choose the music and have our drinks, for what they offer nothing can beat that price.

    We will cruise along the Miami Beach Bay waters, passing by the rich and famous ultra-luxury mansions with a special attention into encounter dolphins

    You will have a great time with us, you will make new friends and you might have the chance to see dolphins or manatees that love to swim alongside the boats. Dolphins and Manatees are residents of Miami Bay. It's very common for us to run into a school of dolphins swimming around the yacht. Although for obvious reason we can't guarantee their presence with certainty, the chances we will be incurring in them are extremely high
