Whilst the day was good it was very tiring. The gaps between the components was tedious. The music on the boat was awful.

A full day of activities. My husband and I had a great time. Enjoyed seeing Miami and sound for lunch at a Cuban restaurant.

The bus tour was fun, but when we went to eat at the Cuban restaurant, our tour guide was extremely rude to us. She said that we didn’t pay that part of the tour & when we showed her our receipts and stickers she told us that WE needed to contact the office. She had terrible customer service and was so rude. The airboat was a below average experience. The captain didn’t seem to like his job and it showed, however the men that worked with the alligators were amazing! They were very interactive with the audience and were funny. We were behind schedule so we didn’t get to do the millionaire tour.

We did the 3 part tour- City Tour, Boat ride to see Miami Mansions, and Everglades air boat tour. We loved every part of it. Got to visit Wynwood- so cool. Little Havana- had the best best best carney empanada there! While we did not get to see alligators at the Everglades- we enjoyed our air boat ride so much. All the tour operators were kind and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to our third bus driver- possibly Miguel? My apologies for not getting the name for sure. He went over and above service wise for us and was very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend the tours and we would book again with this company!!!

Fun times and great memories, lots of great information from the tour guide about all the sights met some wonderful people

A good way to see Miami in one day if you’re on a short timeframe. This is three separate tours that you do back to back over 9+ hours. This also means that there are multiple requests for tips from the various different guides. We did the Everglades airboat first, then the city tour and finished with the Biscayne Bay Cruise. It was windy on the day that we did the trip. We learnt that alligators don’t like the wind so we didn’t see any in the swamp. If you can, do the tour on a calm non windy day if you want to see alligators. We found the 40 minutes stop in little Havana to buy cigars too long for us - we would have preferred more time at Bayside instead. The staff were all helpful and friendly and we would recommend this tour combo to others.

Bus not at the designated stop and told to get an Uber to the next stop 25 minutes away. Arrived there and told we could only do the Everglades part of tour with no compensation nor towards $25 Uber trip and we'd need to get another back afterwards! Bus company blamed Trip Advisor/Avator and they in turn blamed the bus company! 🙄

TL;DR: The individual parts of the tour were all great, and I’d definitely recommend each of them, but the transitions between them and the trip back to the starting point were all very frustrating. Here are some details: -All of the instructions for getting between the tours were given verbally during the bus tour, nothing in writing, so we had to remember everything for a few hours. -to get from the bus to the boat tour, someone came and found us in a restaurant, had us trade our receipts for the boat ticket, and told us (verbally) how to get to the dock. It would’ve been easier if they could’ve given us the ticket and written instructions to get to the dock at the beginning. -getting from the boat tour to the bus that took us to the Everglades tour was very stressful. We were told to be back at the spot where the bus tour ended at 2:00, but the boat tour didn’t end until 2:00, so we were all scrambling to get there on time. The bus was also late, so we were all worried that we missed it when we got there and didn’t see a bus. At the same time, several people thought we were supposed to be back at 2:30, and only made it at all because other people told the bus to wait. -Finally, the bus ride back to the starting point took an unnecessary detour to pick up some random people from a mall, but that was hopefully just a one off.

Miami tour was nice. Boot tour was to late, it was dark so we could not see anything. Loud music on the boat. The boat at the everglades was very loud, less opportunity to see animals, it was more a race trip.

When we got to our pick up point we weren’t even on the list. Due to me having proof of email and confirmation information they added us. The app also said to be there by 9 but the email said to be there by 830. There are no public bathrooms at the pick up point. We really enjoyed all the tours with Abel being a wonderful bus driver during the city tour. The time in Wynwood was so fun. I wish we’d have spent all day in Little Havana. The boat tour was nice, however, most of the homes are not mentioned during the tour (he said they are just owned by rich people. The time in the Everglades felt very rushed. We saw 2 alligators and a couple birds. The drive back took a while (traffic) which was understandable.
