    We had such a special day exploring Lennox and Minyon Falls with James. We started with a relaxed coastal walk in Lennox for sunrise. The trail he took us on was easy to walk and allowed us all to take in the beautiful landscape. After some breakkie, we went to Minyon Falls for another stunning walk and refreshing swim - that was the highlight of our day trip! The beauty tucked away just outside Byron Bay is truly breathtaking and so worth exploring.

 We loved our tour guide as well! James has such an easy-going and fun nature, we had a blast and great chats along the way. Really enjoyed our tour with him and absolutely recommend booking with Earthbound Tours for a fun, magical day out in the hinterland. Wish we could relive our experience

    My partner and I went on this tour hosted by the lovely James! This tour had it all - the scenery was absolutely beautiful, the pick up, drop off and lunch were all seamlessly done and James found the perfect balance of deep local knowledge interweaved with more quiet moments in the serenity of nature. We will definitely be giving one of the other tours a go when we’re up in Byron next time, thanks James!

    Went on this tour the other day, was an unbelievable experience exploring the area with such a knowledgeable tour guide 10/10 will be doing again when I come back in November

    What an awesome experience! James and the team were so friendly and knowledgeable, and Minyon Falls was simply breathtaking! I had the best time and learnt a few things about the area. Highly recommend!

    What to expect

    Minyon Falls walking track

    Beginning in a dry eucalypt forest, we will walk for 2km, descending into the 40 million-year-old subtropical rainforest in the valley. After a rock scramble, arrive at a freshwater pool at the waterfall's base. It is the perfect place to cool off with a swim as you feel the full power of the waterfall. We will return with a 2km walk back up through the eucalypt forest, finishing with a view across the valley.

    Minyon Falls Lookout

    Be inspired by breathtaking views across Nightcap National Park atop the region's most magnificent waterfall. Walking along a creekside track, experience massive gumtrees and try to spot the native birds perching high in the canopy with their koala friends. Enjoy lunch supplied by a local cafe, catering to all dietary requirements. Tea and coffee also provided.
