My husband and I were so nervous about getting on a small plane but the Westwind staff put us at ease right away and our pilot, “Hollywood”, was amazing! The views from the plane really can’t be truly captured in photos. It was amazingly beautiful! The Monument Valley ground tour gave us a lot of history and served us a delicious authentic taco lunch before flying back to Phoenix. I highly recommend Westwind Air Service and imagine whichever tour you select will be unforgettable!

Took a trip out of Page. Sherry who checked us in is fabulous. Brandon our pilot was awesome. An amazing 90 min flight, well narrated. So glad we took the trip.

Excellent tour! This was the only way for us to see Monument Valley since the Reservation is still closed. We flew around Lake Powell and landed at Monument Valley after flying around for us to view. A Navajo guide told us about Navajo life and then drove us out to see part of the valley that is currently accessible. We then took off and flew over to view the Grand Canyon from the air. Awesome!

We booked that flight and were already pretty excited. That flight was topping our expectations and we were speechless. Already the booking was very fast and always so friendly. Re-bookings we could make uncomplicated. Arriving at the airport was fairly easy and we got a warm welcome. Our pilot always took care for us before, during and after the flight. While flying we got a guided tour over the headphones. Definitely recommendable!!!

I could not be happier with the services provided by Westwind Air Service. Gathering tour details, options, and pricing was a breeze through their texting service, and once I submitted the web booking, the Westwind team was quick to confirm the reservation. "Check-in" at the Page, AZ airport was quick, and we were on the tarmac in fewer than 2 minutes upon our arrival in the terminal. The professional, yet friendly pilot provided a great pre-flight experience, and also offered lots of good information while in-flight. I also enjoyed the professionally produced audio tour that was available through the noise-blocking headsets. The group took hundreds of great photos throughout the trip, and we learned a ton from the Navajo guide while visiting Monument Valley. I highly recommend booking a tour with Westwind Air Service - it will be a trip you will cherish and never forget.

My husband and I totally enjoyed this trip. The fly over the canyon was something you just have to experience, words can't describe it. If you're taking a trip to the canyon you must fly over the canyon. The only confusing thing for us was Westwind subcontracts the Jeep part of the tour, so we got a little confused with the tipping protocol. We planned on tipping at the end for the whole trip, but once we figured out that Westwind subcontracted the Jeep we hadn't tipped the pilot for the fly over trip. I don't think we were the only ones confused because no one in our party tipped him. Fortunately, the pilot on the way back was his friend, so we gave him the tip for both him and the other pilot. Perhaps that may be something you could make clear to the customers. Other than that it was a great afternoon.

What a delight. The flight form Phoenix to the Grand Canyon via Sedona was fascinating. Having spent a few days at south rim it was great to get a different perspective. Then on the the marvels of Monument Valley - Hard to describe and do justice. A Navajo tac lunch and then a flight back rounded out a great day. The staff and pilots were great. All in all well worth the money.

Our pilot, Burt C., was excellent, professional, and quite knowledgeable about our trip to Monument Valley. We were excited to stop in Sedona to pick up another couple to head over the gorgeous Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Painted Desert, and land in Monument Valley to take the ground tour. OMG!!! The views were awesome!!!!!! Pictures didn't do the landscape justice....you have to experience this trip once in a lifetime. :<) Arizona is quite beautiful and thank you West wind employees, tour guides & great pilot for the well planned opportunity to experience such a successful trip! My wife and I were recently driving across the country, and we had only a handful of hours to take in places like the Grand Caynon, Bryce Canyon, and Arches National Park. On a whim I looked up flights over Monument Valley, and found the Westwind Air Service tour options. Boy am I glad that I did - yes, it's a splurge, but you get SO much for your money. We had a prop plane to ourselves and got to see the Grand Canyon, Navajo Mountain, Lake Powell, Rainbow Arch, Black Mesa, and best of all Monument Valley, where we were flying in and around the buttes. Our pilot Jordan was professional yet laid back, and offered additional information about the area not normally included on the audio guides. We took so many pictures of this incredible part of the country, and I feel like we were able to see so much more than if we'd been driving. If we had had a week or more to explore the area, we might have foregone the money (and probably spent it on lodging) - but with a time crunch, this was an incredible way to see some of the most beautiful places on earth. I wouldn't hesitate to fly with Westwind Air again! Thank you!!

We very much enjoyed our Monument Valley tour with Westwind Air. We would not have been able to experience the region and see so much of the Grand Canyon if it wasnt for this tour as it would have been way too far for us to drive and they put together a wonderful, convenient day that allowed us to see the majesty of the Grand Canyon that you cannot hike and Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell and flew us right to the entrance of Monument Valley where we were met by a tour guide and taken privately around the park and treated to a delicious lunch and dropped right back to our plane and flown back to Sedona. It was comprehensive and efficient and we got so much accomplished in a very comfortable way. I was very grateful this existed! Everything ran on time and I would recommend this company and their tours.
