We had a great day at Mt Buller but by no means this trip can classed as a tour as there was never any commentary or information provided by the driver he passed a sheet for us to mark our names off without a word then pointed to the bus and off we went. A little information along the way would have possibly made the long trip feel a little less long.

The bus had bad suspension felt every bump. The driver was a maniac he hit a curb before we left Melbourne. We had to wear seat belts so not to fall off our chair with the erratic driving. The bus was freezing. No toilet stop from Melbourne to Mansfield which was around 4hours with pick ups. No toilet on the bus. I loved mt buller but I will definitely drive next time. The bus trip was torture seriously. At one stage I wanted to get out and walk it was so bad. All the announcements were in chinese we didn't know what was going on. It is very basic to get there by car You just need to pick up snow chains at Mansfield. I don't recommend taking this bus tour.

The worst tour experience! Never admit to their faults! Refuse to provide any help when things go wrong! Beware that it does corporate with other travel agents to get more customers. Wherever the tour let ppl to pick up the snow equipment at "Alzburg Resort Mansfield", that is this tour! Sincerely, avoid it.

Snow was good. Journey is very long. Stops for boots is expensive and so long, waste of time. Driver was rude and didn't know to speak proper English.

Wonderful comfortable journey. A bit too early to wake up but acceptable as it’s a long about 4 hours road trip. Glad the driver’s friendly, caring and courteous.

Travelled on Alzburg Tours in 2019 and the trip was flawless. The bus was full of great happy people, the driver very friendly. The staff at the Alzburg were great, they had the whole bus kitted out with their gear in no time and everything was great. I skied and hired their waterproof jacket & pants. Seem very modern and updated in quality. i highly recommend

6°sunny day when we're there, not so cold and we really enjoy the beautiful scene, having fun in the snow. The down side were renting the trousers and boots up there was really expensive, 4 pairs of trousers plus boots cost us AUD 200+ for few hours. Food & drinks are not cheap too.

Bus driver was very rude with minimal information provided. He arrived early which was 15 mins before my scheduled pick up time (I checked) and threatened to leave in 2 mins over the phone. I arrived 10 mins earlier than the pick up time just to be clear. He extremely unhelpful in a rude manner (again) during the trip home as well when we called to clarify which bus stop we should be waiting at. The toilet in the bus is not functional which was very inconvenient - if I had knew even basic services (and courtesy) would not be available I would not have signed up. Also to note, the bus driver's way of informing us was, "Don't try to use the toilet, the pump is not working." A To make matters worse... WARNING: The clothes hire at Alzburg is NOT safe. Of all things I wouldn't have thought clothes hire could cause injury. My poor mum was wearing her ski pants when something sharp left her with a bleeding thumb (which bled quite a bit for a small puncture). The pants had staples on them (on the labels with the sharp bits sticking out) and when we raised this politely their staff didn't even apologise - just shrugged and mumbled something among the lines that there shouldn't be staples in the pants. Damn right this shouldn't have happened. Everything was rushed from hiring the clothes and equipment and the return of them. STRONGLY recommend you do NOT waste your money for such an unpleasant experience. Ruined my mum's first snow experience.

Unfortunately on the day it rained so the snow was turning to slush and we were getting wet. As this was only a trip to see the snow the time spent there was too long. We wanted to get back on the coach earlier but was not allowed so we had to hang around for a couple of hours getting cold and wet. A great day out if you were skiing. The coach trip there and back was pretty comfortable.

It was the most expensive trip and not worth the money we spent. We had to get a bus from Melbourne at 5:30am and it took us 2 hours to get the the Alzburg Resort. We had paid for gear hire including clothes, ski boots and ski’s. We felt rushed to get all our gear along with all the other bus groups and the guy who measured our feet for the ski boots gave us the wrong size. We didn’t realise the boots were too small until we were on the mountain. We didn’t have the money to afford more hire boots and when we made it back in the afternoon the man who was in charge was less then sympathetic and said we could have gone and exchanged them on the mountain. Something that no one told us we could do. We didn’t get a refund and it was to be my first time to go skiing. It was a very long, very horrible and expensive day.
