Muir Woods lies in the middle of the redwood's latitudinal region. The incredible diversity of flora and fauna can be daunting at times. Redwoods, Stellar’s jay, ladybugs, ancient horsetail ferns, and the banana slug are all a part of the hiking experience. We offer the maximum time allowed at Muir Woods for any tour operator (90'). We would love to offer more time at this beautiful National Park, but every tour operator has a limited parking time at the Park to allow access to all visitors.

Great way to get to Muir Woods when you don't have a car and the shuttles aren't on a regular schedule during the week. Had a great time, got to experience a lot of good stuff, and am glad I booked. Would do again!

My first time, I c as n give 5 since the driver is knowledgeable. He said for those who purchased ferry, can have a refund. The dock is having problem.

Hitting the highlights of the Golden Gate Bridge, pointing out the beautiful views on the way to Muir Woods and a detour past the "Mrs. Doubt Fire" house on the way back. Driver/tour guide was super friendly.

Great tour on a comfortable bus with great stops at Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods and Sausalito. We enjoyed taking the ferry back to fisherman’s wharf. Highly recommend it!

Not as described. The description states 90 minutes in Muir Woods, which is why we booked this one. Upon arriving at 9am, the driver/guide told us the bus would be leaving at 10am - so in reality we had under an hour. We were told not to go past bridge 2 by the guide, but we are relatively fit so did the bridge 3 loop and still had plenty of time for the gift shop. The guide then stood on the bus for 15 minutes talking about his childhood before we left - irritating as this could’ve been time spent in the park. The guide did not provide useful commentary, with points on the tour causing him to go off on tangents about his own life which were not at all relevant and sometimes inappropriate (swearing with a 5 year old on the bus and political commentary). Some proper history would’ve been appreciated. Muir Woods and Sausalito were both fantastic, but I wouldn’t book with this operator again.

Loved it very relaxing strolling in the woods. Guide very informative pointing out things along the way. Gift shop expensive.

The Muir Woods were spectacular. However, I am not sure about the value provided by the tour guide other than bringing us to Muir Woods. We also didn’t get to go to the Golden Gate Bridge initially, although that is in no way the tour guides fault given the protest.

What a wonderful day! We were blessed by perfect weather (a little overcast but no rain, then some sunshine for ferry trip). Muir Woods was stunning & this tour was a really good way to see it because someone else drove the winding roads & we didn’t have to worry about parking reservations. Loved walking through the green! Then we had sufficient time in Sausalito to enjoy an ice cream & some light shopping before boarding our ferry back to San Fran. Had fabulous views of Golden Gate Bridge & Alcatraz, as well as SF skyline. The tour was prompt & comfortable. Highly recommend!
