The tour itself was good, our driver (James) provided great commentary. However, Skyline doesn’t really seem to exist anymore, it’s actually Big Bus. I don’t know why they haven’t dropped the redundant Skyline name.

It was a little confusing regarding the check-in, with different people telling me different instructions. The tour Tamia Woods was wonderful, although the narration left a lot to be desired.

The views were great, I took plenty of pictures. Lester our driver was very engaging and quite the entertaining. The history and information he relayed was perfect for the tour!

My daughter (25), my parents (80+) and I did this tour and all four of us loved it. Lester, our tour guide, was informative and funny. It took about an hour to get to Muir Woods including a quick stop for photos at the GG bridge. Muir Woods was incredible. My parents didn’t have any problems with the primary walking path and my daughter hiked some of the more challenging terrain. Most of our bus took the option to stay in Sausalito for lunch and take the ferry back, which I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this tour as a convenient way to see some of the national monuments around the Bay area without needing to rent a car. The main draw of the tour for me was the redwood groves in Muir Woods, but I appreciated the opportunity to hop off and take some pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge and to get off in Sausalito and take the ferry back. Meeting spot was accessed easily via transit and had a wealth of food, drink, and sightseeing options nearby for before and after the tour. I felt the timing was well-balanced between allowing enough time at the stops to avoid feeling rushed while also not letting it drag on. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, although I personally don't need constant running commentary on the drive - sometimes it's nice to just sit back and enjoy the scenery in quiet.

Disappointed because in Sausalito we couldn't get off the bus to go to the pier and have an ice cream. We had to watch from the bus

Lester was our guide. He made the trip super fun. And the glass topped bus was great for viewing the Golden Gate Bridge. I would highly recommend!

It was a TRAUMATIC experience for us as we were LEFT at Muir Wood even we reached the meeting point at the designated time. The telephone number printed on the tickets was not valid. We had to take a local taxi and Uber back to San Francisco. Our complaint via email was merely brushed off. Customer feedback link was broken.
