It was like reading an audio book. Visiting the sites of actual incidents are fine but need more hands-on experience to get close to the paranormal activities. Lacks the excitements of the tour.

The guide was very knowledgeable on the history. Never dull or boring, very good story telling. Our visit to the Driskill hotel was our favorite part.

Tiffany was awesome! This was our first Ghost tour and we will definitely be doing more. Very interesting history of some parts of Austin and the stories left us looking over our shoulders! Three words: bone chilling fun!

Tiffany didn’t seem to be fully prepared for the experience at the start. She worked hard to engage us in the stories but we didn’t find it compelling.

Tiffany was our tour guide. She could not remember names or even which streets to cross. Tiffany kept saying that she couldn’t remember her script. When we did stop and she talked Tiffany did not make any connection between the story and location. People had to ask. At one point we walked by a place and she said it was usually on the tour but we would not be going there. It was confusing. Tiffany walked fast and didn’t make sure that the group was together. One person in my party of 8 uses a cane. I love going on ghost tours and have taken other tours from Ghost City Tours. By far this is the worst experience. My family kept talking about how awful the experience was and it would be laughable if I didn’t spend over $300. The best worst part was when we were in the Driskill Hotel. Tiffany mentioned that she accepted tips. Then, Tiffany bolted fast out the door. I do think we were supposed to end where we started but we were left at the hotel. Super disappointing.

Overall, good experience. Our group leader was knowledgeable, demonstrated experience and passion during our tour. Despite the rain, it was still a great experience. Tiffany was great!

Sherry was a character! Her spooky knowledge and silly personality really made for a memorable memory, we also got a kick out of her alliteration during the tour. She was warm, informative, and funny. Will recommend.
