The instigator of this trip was someone named Hearo. I had questions but the website offered no contact info. It did say that my credit card would not be charged until the cancellation time had expired. This seemed very professional, so I submitted my credit card. I received a receipt and ticket which had Hearo's phone number. On the day of the mystery experience, I could not download the schedule. Tried to phone Hearo by got no answer... not even an answering machine. So, I call Viator, the seller of this mystery tour. The gentleman I talked to was most professional, tried to phone Hearo and also could not even get an answering machine. At my request, he authorized a refund of the purchase price. Hearo's website was intriguing, and I believe if he/she corrects the above stated glitches, the mystery tour it will be a really fun experience.
