Our tour guides were Gabby/Abbie/Jessica. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. All the women at AK Dog Sled Tours truly show a love for the animals and the work they do sharing that with others. We got to do dry land mushing (while getting to meet many past Iditarod champions) tour the kennels, meet puppies, learn about the Iditarod (and see the 5 trophies, hopefully 6 soon), and most importantly have a genuine AK experience. If you are in the area, definitely stop by and check them out. Also side note, our rental car got a flat tire and they were an amazing pit crew getting our spare on, other than the cheese sauce 😉 Wishing all of the AK Dog Sled Tours team the best as they continue their Iditarod journeys.

So much fun! The dogs are surprisingly fast and so eager to run. Absolutely recommended!! The mud and puddles along the forested trail just add to the fun. It’s an hilarious ride and all staff members are amazing, dedicated and passionate about their job and dogs! We had a great time!

I booked this along with my friend and sister and we had a great time. We got to learn so much about dog sledding, meet dogs, and of course get to take them out. The ride was super fun and a good length of time. Highly recommend!

All the staff were extremely hospitable and supportive of our boy Tyler. We had family here to experience this all together and it was educational on the sport and an amazing experience all around. We definitely will follow your races and plan to come back for the full winter experience! Thank you Dallas and team for allowing us the opportunity

We had a great time with Jessica and Julia our guides! We had no experience but they were very informative and gave us great instructions. We mushed the summer sleds thru the forest trails and had an amazing time both driving and riding on the special 4 wheeled sleds!! The dogs were so fun and friendly and we were able to see new pups after the trip. Would recommend this truly unique experience to anyone. Must see and do in Alaska!

We had a great time. Dogs are amazing and mushing is very fun. May want to bring a change of clothes on a rainy/muddy day. Would definitely recommend.
