It was awfull. I have never experienced such humiliation and lack of consideration from a company towards me, the client that I paid. I expected more than 3 hours with my mother that is diabetic and my 10 years daughter to get on the coach. 3 hours delay at 30 degrees, no air in the overcrowded waiting room, for a coach that take people to an airport . After 3 hours of waiting I had to argue with the Victoria Coach station staff and with the driver to take us, because they were blocking us, telling us to wait for the next coach. My mother lost the plane and on our way back, at 9 o clock in the night, I had to almost fight again with the driver to take me and my daughter. I had the tickets at 7.10pm and after 1 hour wait for the delayed coach, at 9pm he refused to take us, embarking people with 20.20pm tickets. He didn' t want to understand the situation that our delay was provoked by his company, didn 't care a child was with me at 9 o clock after an awfull day that this company did to us. I needed to fight with the driver to take me and my family after 3 hours waiting, incredible delays from this company. They take money and give you back nothing, do not respect the time, hours of delays, you need to fight with the drivers to get on the delayed coaches. I would never ever in my life give this company my money. I felt humiliated and stolen.

I booked a return trip to coincide with flights into Heathrow and out of Gatwick on a Saturday early afternoon, the return leg being booked for mid afternoon. Each leg was roughly 45-50 minutes long despite all the hype that the M25 is the biggest car park in the world. Both drivers were very helpful in loading and unloading the suitcases for us. The live tracking app is brilliant. If you're running late and your coach is also running late you are aware of it. If you're running late and your coach is on time, provided you have booked amendable or flexible tickets you can amend the booking for a later time. This happened on the return leg. I didn't think we were going to make the coach as it showed it was only a few minutes late. If you need to amend you MUST do it before the time on your ticket so out of an abundance of caution I amended it, having to pay a small fee only to find that I got to the coach just in the nick of time. Having phoned up the day after the coach ride I have been able to obtain a full refund of the fee I paid to amend the booking. Would happily book again and not only as an airport transfer.

Bokade denna busstransfer då min man, jag och några vänner tog en tur till London. Vi åkte från Gatwick S till Victoria Coach station. Det passade oss perfekt då vi sedan bara hade 9 min promenad till vårt hotell. När vi skulle flyga hem gick vi till stationen och hoppade på bussen igen. Trevliga och lite skämtsamma chaufförer på båda bussturerna. Tar lite mer än 2 tim men vem har bråttom 🙂. Bra pris och gratis WiFi är inte heller så dumt.

Vuelta al aeropuerto con retraso de media hora desde la hora de salida, el personal, vergonzoso y nada amable, el bus... De traca, 40km en 2:30!! Mas que el avión de vuelta a Barcelona. Vamos, que segun ellos, tienes que ir al aeropuerto 4 horas antes de la salida de tu vuelo, estamos locos??????? Perdimos los vuelos a consecuencia de todo eso y nos causó el problema de tener que comprar otros y aparte del gasto, fastidiar un viaje fantástico. Ni los recomendaré, ni viajaré nunca mas con esta compañia de vergüenza.

Estuve hace muy poco visitando la ciudad de Londres x dos días. Decidí tomar el bus ya que es el medio más económico para ir desde el aeropuerto a Londres (8libras) y de Londres al aeropuerto (12libras) ..no me pregunten xq este cambio de precio. Mi mala experiencia fue volviendo al aeropuerto, tenía un vuelo internacional , lo que implica estar 3 horas antes de la salida y había comprado un ticket para viajar 16:30 hs (ya que el bus tarda dos horas desde y hacia Gatwick) el bus llegó 20 minutos tarde y luego hasta que todos subimos se hicieron las 17hs. En mi intriga por saber si llegaríamos al tiempo esperado, se me ocurrió preguntarle al chófer quien se disculpó y dijo que no..a lo cual agregué que no era mi culpa que él llegue tarde y que ya llevasemos media hora de retraso.. pues el reaccionó diciéndome que me baje del bus, que agarre mi equipaje y me baje, que no seguiría camino sino bajaba! La situación fue muy estresante porque ya contaba con media hora menos gracias a su retraso. Me pareció muy arrogante y además que no entendía mi situación de tomar un vuelo internacional . Muy mala experiencia! Por suerte enfrente están las oficinas , así que pedí mi dinero de vuelta para poder irme en tren (que es más caro pero a su vez más rápido) me devolvieron 10libras en vez de 12. No recomiendo mucho el servicio la verdad, no saben cómo tratar un cliente y menos un turista.

Nous avons raté notre avion car le bus a mis 1 heure de plus que prévu pour arrivé à l'aéroport !!! Départ à 15 h pour arriver à 16h35 mais nous sommes arrivés à 17h30 et nous n'avons pas pu faire l'enregistrement !!! notre avion a donc décollé 30 minutes plus tard sans nous !!! A éviter pour prendre l'avion. Sinon le confort est excellent et le chauffeur très professionnel
