Came to Stansted, bought a ticket to London Victoria (and return) (bus) On the day when we were going back to stansted the first bus never showed up, and when the next one came the driver said “Im booked” We almost didn’t make to stansted. Had to buy other tickets for metro and train…

Half hr late people were worried about not getting to the Airport. The toilets were the worst I've ever seen. The flush wasn't working and the wee ect was almost to the top it was disgusting no one had clearly checked it for ages I very much doubt it was done in the last 24hrs. The toilet had no paper and the floor was messy. I will never use National Express again.

The coaches are on time and very comfortable. The main reason I'm writing this review is because I mistakenly subscribe to their rewards program, and the first payment went through. Their support team immediately refunded my account and accepted my cancellation email. The rewards are very beneficial for someone who travels a bit more than me. I highly recommend it.

I booked a bus on 14th February 2023 at 07.42 for 3 adults and 1 infant. Our bus was sheduled at 07.42 and waited at freezing cold for more then an hour and our bus never arrived so we had to take uber and paid £104.42 to reach our flight. We were not notified about this delay and waited more then an hour at the bus stop. Worst ever experience with National Express and we should be paid for our Uber which we paid £104.42.

Social Media chat is very unhelpful to resolve my problems. My original problem is that my tickets purchased through Ryanair are not issued, and I asked help to resolve it before my trip. However, the issues were not resolved even my trips were ended, and I got so frustrated by long-lasting slow-responsive endless questionnaire of FB Social Media team. Now, I am no longer interest to get my tickets, just 14GBP, don't really care since my trip was over, I am complaining about the terrible service provided by FB social media team. 1) Slow response even under urgent cases: Every round of conversation takes around 24 hrs to reply, this is not helpful at all to resolve issues at all. If this is common practise, then my complains would be Social Media team didn't advise me to seek other solutions to resolve issues in time, even though they know my trip was close or ongoing already. the suggestions of "If you need urgent assistance, please call us" was made until "10 days" later. 2) Unhelpful reply: Under slow response, the Social Media team is keeping asking questions and questions to clarify that my bus service is National Express but rather other bus provider. Keep in mind, each round of questions take another 24 hour, and I need to collect all this information and screenshots to them, for nothing in the end. 3) Not provide an easy and sufficient solution: After checking with the National Express desk in airport on my way back, that agent at desk said i could simply show my purchase record instead to onboard their buses. This is such an easy solution, I don't know why Social Media team couldn't just tell me this as backup solution, if they couldn't issue regular tickets in time. Instead, they ask questions round by round, and finally I wasted a lot of time to deal with them and not resolve issues. 4) Refused to tell me their agent name: By a point I become really annoyed by waves and waves of questions, I started ask their name or employee ID, and initially they kept avoid telling me names by answering my other part of questions only, and in the end they just refused me tell me their names, saying due to data protections. that's why I have Social Media team in my complaint, not individuals. Usually talking with an agent, the first thing would be stating their names, and I don't know why NationalExpress refuse to do it, maybe this is another reason they have terrible services.

The journey took extremely long, both of my journeys, the return journey was also delayed so I almost miss my flight home. Wouldn’t recommend these buses, better take train from and to airport.
