The communication with our driver "Lucas" was great. He arrived on time and was very friendly. The trip to the airport was nice.

Lucas was a nice and helpful driver. Took us from A to B and helped pack the suitcase. A little tight with 3 adults on the back seat when you don’t know each other.

We found it difficult to establish a pick up time to enable us to get to a busy airport in plenty of time to check-in and get through security. Once we finally established the pick up time we wanted, our ride to the airport never arrived! The concierge at our hotel had to contact Viator for us after we had been waiting over half an hour. He was informed that our driver had been in an accident, but you would have a ride for us within 15 minutes. That didn't happen, either. Eventually, you sent another Uber driver for us, who did get us to the airport. My issue with Viator is that you did nothing to notify me that there was a problem with our ride. We only found out because of our concierge. I would advise other travellers in Paris to just book an Uber in the first place. We will certainly never use Viator again.

We arranged for pick up at 6:30 AM.. he shows up at 5:30 am.The driver did not speak English or French , He was asking US where to go.. My husband speaks fluent French and he could not communicate with driver. He was texting while we were driving down a very narrow ramp that, curved, I was scared to death. I would NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone. Also its not a van.. it was a small personal car that we could barely fit our suitcases in. I wanted to wait til I got to airport before I wrote a review.. they probably would not show up if I reviewed them before.

At 4:30 in the morning driving to the airport isn’t easy and our driver made it easy Who knew that the traffic at ORY would be so ugly on a Sunday morning ?
