We got to the abandoned store front 15 minutes early, waited a half an hour and no one showed up. No guide, no tour group, nothing. The neighboring shop staff said that is where to meet for the tour. I emailed the tour operator through Viator and never heard back. Now fighting to get a refund. They asked me to write a review, so avoid this tour completely.

Our guide Jamie was very knowledgeable about New Orleans history. The information shared during the tour was fascinating, the pace was perfect, and we felt we got much more than we expected. Very pleased!

Charlotte really knows her history! She was really nice & shared many stories with us. She tried to keep us cool in the heat which wasn’t easy! So glad we took this tour.

They don't tell you that there different meeting places all around the French quarter. We were at the wrong one and by the time we walked to the right location they had. So we paid for a tour we never got to go on and we're not refunded by viator or the company. I will never use either again and we are returning in the spring for vacation

We took a cemetery and french quarter walking tour with Angel as our guide. She was so knowledgeable she took us all around the french quarter giving detail of the history and local events. The cemetery tour was amazing!!! she gave details and information on the cemetery that I had no idea about. I highly recommend "Angel" as your tour guide. She made our New Orleans experience memorable. Thank you! Angel.

Tour guide was Ok! Do not do this your in the middle of August...heat index 115 no breeze in the cemetery. I would highly recommend bringing water. Not a lot of history on this tour just cemetery information. Would not recommend this tour.
