Unfortunately they are not responsive or friendly toward solo travelers. I sent an inquiry via their website hoping to reserve a spot on this tour, as it is not possible to make a reservation for one person online, and despite the information stating I could expect a response in 1-3 business days, they did not acknowledge or reply to my inquiry. Disappointing!

This is an amazing walking tour. The Garden District is just beautiful and full of history. Kelsey was great, we were late due to a wreck and she stayed in contact with us and we were able to meet up with them. She knows the area and puts a lot of effort into researching the area for her tours.

An informative, fun and fabulous way to get to know the garden district. Our guide was both knowledgeable about architecture and relaxed to not feel like it was a lecture. Would recommend

We took the tour of the Garden District with NOLA tours which came highly recommended and which raised to the expectations. Our guide Artie is very knowledgeable, sweet, funny and accommodating. My children and I learned so much in 2 hours! After the tour, Artie also sent me some extra information and useful websites on some topics we discussed during the tour. We also took the Marigny tour the following day, I'll leave a separate review. Highly recommend NOLA Tours, excellent service, easy to book, good rates.

She gave us in a very short time the history of hundreds of years and we really enjoyed it! And, it stayed with us! Excellent presentation of history and the following insight on the beautiful homes’ history and nuances!! Very enjoyable and extremely informative! Great job!! Thank you Kelsey!!
