Whole tour was as sweet as all the NOLA blooming jasmine! Couldn’t top Orion- extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. 5 STARS!

What a pleasure our tour with Orion was today. My two teenagers and I were totally drawn in, and we learned so much about the beautiful Garden District and about New Orleans as a culture. Orion was masterful at keeping the whole group--which spanned across ages, nationalities and accessibility needs--educated and entertained. While this tour is a little off the beaten path, and not necessarily what one thinks of when they hear "New Orleans", it was an absolute highlight of our very busy and very programmed visit. It was also a breathe of honeysuckle filled air. I'd like to underscore that Orion set a great example of being respectful of people who are just trying to go about their lives in their neighborhood. Being from a tourist town myself, I appreciate a guide who sets that ethos for tour groups.

We enjoyed our tour with D.J. He had a great sense of humor. We learned about the various architectural styles and interesting New Orleans history facts. We also walked by the homes of several celebrities which was neat. The 2 hour tour was a fun adventure.
