We had three different guides. One stayed downstairs & it was hard to understand him. THe second one stStillayed upstairs & she was very good. The third one had sound system problems. His voice went in & out & the people who sat in the front couldn't hear anything.

It was entertaining to have someone who was knowledgeable of each artifact, and was able to give the tourists insight of what we viewing. Not only did he give insight , but he was very upbeat and enthusiastic with his speak that he portrayed.

Fav part was “No Lines Linda” - best tour guide ever. She made the bus so fun and interesting with her partner Sean driving, they truly enjoy their jobs and helping people learn about the city. Colin was also amazing for the garden district walking tour. He made learning about the architecture so interesting and cool.

We enjoyed the tour and the ability to hop on and off for 48 hours! We also loved the walking tour in the Garden district. Lots of history and humor. Thanks Colin!

Getting on the bus and then being told the stops we had planned to get off at were not being stopped at due to construction…both days. So we missed the tour and did more walking than planned since the bus company let us down and then wouldn't respond to emails.

Linda and Shawn (guide and driver) were excellent - our faves! The hop on hop off bus is the perfect way to see the city and to get around more simply!

Every guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention entertaining. Mary, Colin, Christian, and each guide encountered during the two-day hop on hop off, was very helpful and even the line attendant at Jackson Square went above my expectations. Rain ponchs were handed out before rain began. Very useful for expected weather.

We were confused at the first stop on how it all worked. But as we were riding around we listened & figured it out. It’s a very nice way to move around town & get some education while you are doing it. One thing to note, do not stand up or move around while the bus is in motion, especially if you are on the upper level out in the open area. There are low lying branches & you will get hit in the head or face. The host speakers were awesome, very informative. We had 2 different ones & you hear something different each time. We also did the Walking Tour of the Garden District. That tour guide (Colin Tyler) was equally amazing. He had a lot of facts & information about a lot of the houses. Would definitely recommend both the HOHO & tour.
