Not the first time getting a Viator tour. The tour guide from Vegas was wonderful and made dure we were all there. THIS NOLA tour guide was not great at all. Our guide never showed up. We had been circling the block so that we could be there on time. Got there a few minutes before the meeting time and waited. Did not get an email or notification about time change or location change. Or any other notification about being there earlier rhan the meeting timr. After 15 or 20 minutes I called customer support. Waiting on a refund.

Graham was very knowledgeable about the city of New Orleans. He also explained voodoo, not as an evil practice but of a combination of cultures.

Went on this tour with our friends. 1st bad thing was it was pouring rain! Not the tours fault at all. We met at the park and the tour guide was nice. We started the tour but then we found out the cemetery’s were closed. All we could do was look in from the locked gates. I had really hoped to walk through the cemetery and really see the different tombs. I will say I did learn a lot about the tombs and how they work and the cemetery’s. After walking back to the park the guide talked about voodoo for about two minutes and that was it. Overall I would probably do this again if the cemetery’s were actually open.

We loved walking through the French Quarter and learning about Voodoo and other historical events. Our guide Tara was great. She gave us recommendations, was very thorough and threw in cool stories along the tour.

Excellent, fun, informative tour and Charlie was a great guide. We would recommend it to other families with older children. It was a great activity for all of us to enjoy together.

Interesting to have the history of some of the tomb's occupants. Although he said it was about a mile walking, it was probably 1.5-2 miles. Appreciated that we stopped in a place with some A/C for a bit - it was in the mid 80s and HUMID.

1st visit to New Orleans and wanted to sight see and explore. Tara was absolutely amazing! We were fortunate to be the only 4 ppl in her tour- so lots of attention! She kept us captivated with historical details and tidbits. I reviewed several tours prior to selecting this one and my expectations were exceeded! Tara's knowledge and delivery of details kept us engaged. We asked many questions and she answered all without hesitation. Do not hesitate booking this tour, you'll be glad you did it. We're already planning our next trip and will definitely take another tour to complement our own exploration, and if we're lucky Tara will join us!
