    One of the highlights or our trip! The atmosphere of each of the places was unique and fun. Our guide, Eloisa, was a blast. My friend and I were on a girls trip and joined Eloisa for a bit of history and a great time. Cocktails were beautiful and tasted amazing.

    This was a great intro to the history of New York (and America!) and its relationship to alcohol. The lovely and charming Ariel did a great job of balancing time to give us information and space to mingle and make friends. It was a great way to meet people and go out in a safe way. The three bars we went to were all very different from each other and still kept to the theme of speakeasys and the history of the area. The walk was easily manageable and we were whisked into each place with no issues. That felt very special.

    Ariel (like the mermaid) was our tour guide for the evening. I was travelling alone and was feeling nervous but she made me feel really welcome. She was also full of knowledge and information, not just on the speakeasy’s we attended but also Americas general history with alcohol. Ariel’s enthusiasm really shone through as well, will defo be recommending this trip to anyone who will listen to me when I get back home!

    Our tour guide, Sarah with an H😉 was amazing! Great tour! Very easy and comfortable speed. Great tour of our past history!

    The first bar, Nothing Really Maters, maybe a reference to their customer service, was not to our liking (to be fair we were probably expecting a Bonnie & Clyde vibe for the evening, which this wasn’). More gangster rap than gangster. The people there, were super busy and appeared inattentive to us, felt if the tour continues like this it’s going to be… but the next 2 bars, Lillies and the Flute were fantastic. Thanks to Sarah for pulled it all together, the narrative made sense by the end of the night. Overall an enjoyable night.
