Tickets were not honored at the Yankee Stadium gate. Instead of being able to right on to the game after the pregame tour I was embarrassed because I was escorted out of the stadium because I was told these third party tickets were not honored at Yankee Stadium. Although it took quite a while to final find someone in Customer Service that "fixed" the issue and sent tickets directly to me via text message, but not until after the embarrassment of the tickets not being honored at the gate and being escorted out of the stadium.

<p>A long ride on the metro but easy to get to. Instructions on redeeming viator vouchour inadequate. Had to go to a few places to redeem . Seats were good. Venue great. Saw Derek Jeter score a home run......highlight of the night. For a non baseball fan from Australia it was worth the experience.</p>
