April was awesome. It wasn't the best weather but she made it fun. Instructional with all the fun facts about Niagra. Overall easily recommended.

Paid 100 dollars a piece. Trip took off late. We drive to see the whirlpool which is free. We went to a hydroelectric plant. Did not get a tour, just went. Then Cave of the Winds, which cost $14 for tickets. So I paid $344 for a ride for four. This is a complete rip off. You can do all of the American side in the state park for about $50, although we did not do everything in the park. I asked for a partial refund and it was denied. STAY AWAY from this company. You will be disappointed, I was.

Great tour. It was the first tour of the season for Steve and he was full of information and fun facts about each of the falls. The tour includes a trip to Whirlpool, Niagara Falls for exploring, Maids of the Mist, and the Cave Winds. This is my second time taking this trip and we'd go again. This was a little to no stress solution to finding parking the weekend of the solar eclipse.

We had only one day to take in all the sights at Niagra Falls. What a great tour! Praddy was an excellent tour guide. He made sure that we were comfortable, well informed, and used our time wisely. He is very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time with him.

Chris was a great tour guide with lots of tidbits of information and a unique take on the history and sites at Niagara Falls. We did not realize that the Maid of the Mist was not included even though it was highlighted as the main part of the experience. The fine print said it was included May to September but the Maid of the Mist was running the day we went unbeknownst to our guide. The falls view and Cave of the Winds as well as the whirlpool excursion was worth the trip. Chris did his best to manage the disappointment of the group regarding the missed boat trip. I would recommend the trip just wait til May!

Even for a colder day, the experience was worth it. We had an absolute blast and our tour guide Ross (Ross’s Fishes) was the best. He knew so much of the history and the way he shared the information kept us engaged! Highly recommend. We even left behind a little souvenir on the bus and Ross ensured that it got back to us. Overall, the experience was a 10/10! We have memories worth a lifetime.
